Stayed for 2 nights. Disappointed over-all. The room was not very clean - the curtain had a large stain on it. The room faced the cathedral, but the main plaza light tower blocked the view of one of the church spires, and it shone light into our room all night. The curtains were not black-out curtains, so even with them shut the room was still lit up. There was no hot water the first morning (ironic, in Aguascalientes), and it was just luke-warm the second morning. Every day our key card would fail and we would have to go down to the front desk to get a new one. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 2 other hotels during our trip and both either had purified water stations to fill bottles or some complimentary bottled water in the rooms, but Francia had neither.

Es un hotel clásico y convenientemente situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad. El personal de recepción y valet parking fué muy atento en todo momento, la habitación muy cómoda, solamente como observación la habitación 520 tiene dificultad en la puerta del baño para cerrarla bien. Un hotel muy recomendable.

Mi noche de hospedaje estuvo bien, sin embargo pedí una noche mas de estancia al momento del check-in me comentaron que SI era posible y al día siguiente me notifican que no y nos tuvimos que salir del hotel a otro hotel, supuestamente por que estaba "lleno" sin embargo cuando se pregunto me comentaron que si había espacio.

Place needs serious updating. Noise filters thru doors. No hot water. Remove dated bulky old style TV cabinet. Replace with larger flat screen.

Problema con AC

Localización excelente, muy buena y amable atención de todo el personal. Aunque algunos muebles y los baños se sienten muy viejos y ya no parecen cumplir con estándares contemporáneos. Lo peor de la propiedad es su temática taurina. Es kitsch, anticuada, fea y muy violenta para una persona sensible como yo. La temática taurina es la principal razón por la que no volvería al hotel. Es momento de actualizarse con los estándares éticos actuales de nuestro país.

Todo bien , excelente ubicación , hotel algo viejo pero se entiende siendo un edificio del centro la de ciudad . Camas un poco incómodas . No caería mal una remodelación y renovación de mobiliario

Cama incomoda, puerta de baño no funciona, me quede atorrado, y el gym es horrible. Pero muy bonito, el hotel. Y muy burn servicio.

Aguascalientes is my hometown I am 82 years old and Hotel Francia has always been there. The room was at 62 degrees, very cold form me, so they provided me with a blanket after I complaint three times. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing; they were all giving me a different answer to the temperature issue. Some days we would get only one bath towel, the next day no mat to step out of the shower and finally, no hand towel!

se encuentra muy bien ubicado todo de facil acceso, aunque se encontraba en remodelaciones no fuimos pertubados de ningun modo, el hotel tiene muy buen servicio lo que llegamos a requerir fue corregido de inmediato.

El peor Hotel que me a tocado conocer, cuando pagas por un hotel de 4ta sabes a lo que vas pero cuando pagas mas esperas sea asi, pero el hotel tiene las fotos photoshopeadas, las condiciones de los muebles y alfombras horrible, pague 3 noches solo aguante la primera, no me reembolsaron, espero les sirva para remodelar

It is a great property to stay it is right in downtown shopping, reataurants within walking distance to everything. Excellent hotel
