Super room, en-suite and balcony. Casa very near main bus station in Merida. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Mi experiencia en el hostal fue grata, el personal es muy amable, sin duda es un oasis para los que buscan desconectarse del exterior.

I really loved the people, they give you a lot of confidence and make you feel almost at home. I would come back many times, totally recommended.

Really well located, staff doing the barre minimum, not necessarily welcoming that much. I had a hole on my bed sheet, I needed to rent a towel but the room was clean and the bathroom too. Breakfast was included but it’s not a buffet ! Overall the place looks good and it feels calm with the green space.

Me encantó el lugar, céntrico, económico y tranquilo. No llegué en la mejor temporada pero no hay queja alguna. La habitación de mujeres cuenta con lo necesario, baño, sábanas, lockers, ventilador… Recomendable 100%

Buen lugar solo que no controlan el ruido de la gente (voluntarios) había un hombre mexicano muy grosero como voluntario y seguido se le escuchaban malas palabras y hablar por llamada en voz alta por horas y eso es incómodo porque no me interesa escuchar eso y no respeta el espacio de los demás

Todos muy amables, fue mi primera vez en un hostal y me hicieron sentir muy comoda, los anfitriones y voluntarios muy agradables 🤗

Excellent Location

Todo excelente pero no funcionaba la puerta cuando llegue, y tampoco recibí una llave así que me quede afuera de la propiedad en varias circunstancias. fuera de eso el desayuno rico y el personal agradable.

Cash only. They did not accept credit cards for payment which was not mentioned before hand. They in general do not understand how to interact with clients in a professional manner. They sprayed inceticide while my friend and I were still in the room. Shower pressure was so low that the water came out in a small stream. Bathroom was not well kept. There was an auxilery sink near the bathrooms that was dirty and covered with flies. Only one toilet and one shower for each gender of bathroom, didn't seem to be too much of a problem though. Sheets and bedding seemed clean. Floor of the room was dirty. Airconditioning was very low and not sufficient for the size of the room. Towels were an extra 25 pesos, water was 5 pesos. Breakfast was decent. Outdoor area needs some work. The property is run by a couple who also reside there. If they had a housekeeper I believe it would solve many of these issues. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are comfortable with the above mentioned, then this place is for you.

Die Klimaanlage ist unendlich laut und gibt alle halbe Stunde einen so lauten "Schlag" von sich das ich kaum geschlafen habe. Zudem ist es leider dreckig auf dem Bett gewesen.

Good location. Breakfast is OK mainly carbs though. For price and location not a bad bet

Cute and quaint little hostel located one block away from the bus station. The breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable. And the hosts were lovely and very helpful. Overall, a very hospitable place, it feels like home! Thank you for the great stay, will definitely stay there again if I’m in Mérida!

Great hosts. Friendly, speak english, and knowledgeable. Hostal is located five minutes walk from ado bus terminal. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Currently the beach, parks, and alcohol are closed. Still, a nice city for walking around, especially the historical city centre.

This is a lovely little hostel, located just around the corner from the ADO station. We stayed in both a private room and a dorm in our time here, and both were perfectly comfortable. Miguel is an incredibly friendly and helpful proprietor. We'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Merida.
