Hotel lindo, excelente localização, em parte mais tranquila de Holbox, e com lindas vistas ao mar. Muito limpo e bem cuidado, cama confortável, ar condicionado silencioso. O banheiro é bom, mas acaba ficando sempre úmido por falta de ventilação.

Muy bonito realmente para descansar

The hotel is located near the ocean, and the restaurant is located next to the restaurant which is nice. But that is about it. The breakfast is a joke. You'll get 3 tablespoons of yoghurt, 20g of serials / nuts, half a toast, 6 pieces of fruit (watermelon, papaya and pineapple). Coffee, Tea (Chocolate for kids), juice of the day and water. During three days over new year, we got scrambled egg, but then we had to pay for them.... The scrambled eggs was just something for christmas they included in the breakfast. We had a bed sofa for our kids, but it was as hard as the concrete floor, so they couldn't sleep in it, and it was so short, that taller persons will not be able to sleep in it. The beach itself is nice, but the ocean has lots of conrete slabs / rocks s it is easy to injure yourself unless you alk careful in the water. The staff themself ain't the best staff, some are rude, some likes to talk down to us. One other thing that is positive is that it is very quite early here, as it is located outside of the main city.

The room had a lovely view, right on the beach. Unfortunately, bright lights on the balcony remained on all night and there was no switch to turn them off. Instructions for the safe lock were left for guests, however they were inaccurate and we needed to ask reception to demonstrate the correct procedure. New instructions need to be provided. We found the rule that no “outside” food or drink could be consumed in our room was overly strict. We checked out a day early because our experience of Holbox did not reflect what we’d seen in online reviews. This tiny island is overrun with tourists and ATVs and the infrastructure needed to support this is not present. The local government should put caps on tourist traffic to the island. Garbage collection seems nonexistent and empty lots are used instead. Prices are very high in all restaurants.

Staff extra friendly and helpful. Beach front property. Water cooler in office, readily accessible. Clean crisp white sheets

Un poco alejado del centro del holbox, si bien no es obligatorio en el ticket muestran el total a pagar el 15% de propina

Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Die Anlage ist schön auch wenn man am Strand die großen Steine aus dem Wasser entfernen könnte. Frühstück ist sehr einfach aber ok.

Todo muy bien,solo el servicio de los meseros incluyendo a todos,van te sirven y te dejan olvidado hasta que tú te paras y pides más café cuando sirven la mesa de a lado o toman órdenes nunca levantan la mirada ni voltean al rededor,para ver si algún cliente necesita algo,muy poco sonrien al cliente, favor de dar una buena retroalimentación.gracias.

El personal fue muy amable, le ayudaron a mi esposo a organizarme una cena por mi cumpleaños La playa está súper tranquila y no está profunda, literal te desconectas

Playa limpia, atención muy amable por parte del personal, y a nivel personal, una visita inolvidable

We loved our stay at Hau. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast wasn’t that great, but they have other options that they charge. Beach was perfect and although it seemed possible, but walking into downtown was impossible via beach or the road. The roads were flooded and there’s many barriers on the beach. Still a great location and loved having access to Spirit rooftop pool and restaurant. The perfect getaway for a couple!

Todo hermoso, la ubicación está un poco alejada del centro por lo que es muy tranquilo. Hay que ir preparado con repelente para mosquitos ya que al caer la noche salen voraces, esto en toda la isla, para tomarlo en cuenta
