It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this hotel. I tried numerous times to change my arrival date. Apparently the number listed isn't even listed or correct. I lost money only because no one was available to answer my phone calls to reschedule.

I reserved one room online and reserved and paid for a 2nd room when i got there to check out today, january 31, 2022 and my guest and their three children were kicked out on friday, january 28th, after I returned to the U.S. on emergency, three days earlier. so, Hgen Apartment Suites Owner’s owe me at least 6x and 34.00a/day of refund. This goes up to the 204.00 U.S. In addition to this, the room was very cold with no heat on a night it dropped to 10 degrees, we didn't have enough cooking pots and eat ware, the water pressure was very low, the water took almost 10 minutes to heat up and the rooms were very small. Rooms were not 600 square feet, as I said in the advertisement; they were at most 350Sf. From this moment on I will rate you a 1 the lowest rating possible. I need reimbursed $204.00USD cashback for the days we didn't stay there? In addition, you should apologize to me and my guest.

Nice couple at first had a little trouble communicating we don’t speak much Spanish but got settled in and ate delicious pozole. I would definitely go back!

Very homey , a small family establishment . They went out of their way to make us comfortable. It was like staying at a friends or families house. They . And the room was great. Great place for pets too.
