La comunicación muy mala , al hacer check Inn un problema para poder comunicarse el teléfono que ponen para contacto nunca contestan

Todo excelente, el departamento hermoso, la zona súper cómoda. Lo único es que no es tan efectiva la comunicación con los administradores, tenía algunas dudas y nunca me pude comunicar con ellos, pero el lugar muy bien

With only 1500 characters, I can't tell you how terrible this place was. We arrived and it was filthy. Dirty broken blinds were on the floor. Again and again, I asked Kukun to do basic cleaning that should have been done before we got there. The freezer had old food in it. The upholstery was covered in old stains of undetermined origin. The lights didn't work or were burned out. The desk lamps didn't work, the shades had fallen down. The toilet seats were broken. There were no blankets. Artwork had fallen off the walls. Shelving too dirty to use. Safe didn't work. Lights didn't work. We had to go out and buy rechargeable lights. Until then, we just sat in the dark.We had to figure out where the furniture was bought and go to the local store just so we could find the correct screws to repair the furniture so we could sit on it. We called and WhatsApped repeatedly. Time and again, we waited for hours for repair people to show up as promised. They never came. They had our money so they just didn't care. I travel all over the world and I have never had such a bad experience. Don't trust Kukun. Don't book with Kukun and by all means, don't pay them upfront. They will ignore you and laugh all the way to the bank. Terrible terrible service. Filthy accommodations. BAD BAD BAD. I have too many photos to send in one review, so I will send several to let other Hotels.com clients know how awful Kukun truly is. Other reviews to follow with all the photos and WhatsApp messages.

El departamento es hermoso y grande pero sucio, sillones sucios, mesas de estar y cocina con mucho polvo y lo que no me gustó fue que pregunte con anticipación si podíamos usar 2 espacios de estacionamiento y no me contestaron hasta que llegue el que me recibió el carro me dijo que no, que son reglas etc, y al parecer se le olvidó por qué cuando mande msj al anfitrión y contestó que lo iba a revisar. Eso lo entiendo pero para que me dicen que lo van a revisar si en realidad no es posible, solo hicieron pasar un mal rato con el del estacionamiento que carece de palabras apropiadas para decir que solo puedes usar 1 espacio.
