Hotel muy céntrico, de fácil acceso a centros comerciales a medios de transporte, habitaciones cómodas, tranquilo, hay cocina por si gustas preparar tus alimentos, café, agua, wi fi, etc

Hola, lamentablemente la experiencia no fue nada buena. La reservación fue de último momento pero al llegar al hotel, ya habían dado mi habitación y a mi me acomodaron en un cuarto en otro lugar muy diferente y sin ninguno de los servicios ofrecidos con la excusa de que no fueron informados y por eso dieron la habitación.

Schönes Haus, auch wenn es der Taxifahrer erst nach stundenlanger Suche fand. Hätte gerne das Airportshuttle bestellt, doch es gab keine Email Adresse und telefonieren war mir nicht möglich, auch der Taxifahrer erreichte niemanden unter der Nummer im Internet. Am Eingangstor hing dann der Zettel mit der richtigen Nummer. Auch wenn das Zimmer dann doch kein eigenes Bad hatte, sondern ich mir eines mit einem anderen Zimmer teilen musste und das Laken kleine Flecken hatte, war ich letztendlich zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt dort. Der Besitzer ist nicht zugegen, dafür aber rund um die Uhr per Whatsapp oder telefonisch zu erreichen.

A little off the beaten track, ideal for travelers who have rented a car. Free, plentiful street parking. Central location with easy access to highways, downtown, and hotel zone.

We enjoyed our time there and do recommend it. Price was ok as well. Only thing we would have loved was a pool

Hostal muy caro por su ubicación : 45 minutos de transporte desde las playas, y 20 min para ir al centro. Su ubicación sobre el mapa de expedía no es correcta. Ya que realmente, el hostal esta a 3km más al oeste del la ciudad. Lo cual no te permite de desplazarte rápidamente para llegar al los lugares turísticos. Y a pesar del precio de una noche, no se hace la cama y la limpieza cada dia (aunque que esta se indica en la descripción de los servicios dentro de la pagina !). Ademas, no es un hostal, es solamente una casa, sin recepción (donde esta la recepción 24 horas anunciada ???). Debes tener suerte para encontrar la casa (porque no hay ningún señalamiento en la calle que indique que es el hostal) y tienes que marcar al dueño para entrar (y esperar entre 10 y 30 minutos). También, no hay servicio de equipaje : si vienes temprano a la ciudad, tienes que quedarte con tus maletas. El interior de la casa esta viejo. Sofá dañado, baño antigua, sin cortina en la ventana al lado del patio y sin mosquitero. Al suelo y al techo, puedes encentrar las marcas de paredes demolidas. Par fin, no hay transporte cerca para ir al aeropuerto o a playa del carmen (los transportes pasan Avenida de Tulum y en la estación de autobuses ADO). No entiendo porque este hostal, supuestamente de "2 estrellas", esta en expedía. Es una vivienda privada que no debería estar en este calificación.

Si quieres conocer cancun por tu cuenta es una buena opción. Limpio, céntrico, barato.

Nice clean private room. Internet wasn't great in the room but worked well in the common area. Host was very welcoming and helpful in providing information and maps.

Staying at this hostel made my amazing trip all the better! I felt completely at home and comfortable and the location is perfect! Don't stay at a big box hotel in the Hotel Zone! I highly recommend Hostel Kaana 4 U! You will not be disappointed!

Great place. Quiet and relaxing. Bed was super comfortable. Our bathroom wasn't that great for shower pressure and the toilet smell was a little funky but the shared bathroom right next to the room was absolutely fine with good shower pressure too. Friendly hosts and beautiful house.

This is a nice deal for a hostel like this. You have your own room and bathroom and you are within walking distance to other places. You can get a taxi to the Hotel Zone in Cancun for about 200 peso($10). I will say that dont expect a TV or refreshment in the room. However, there is a 24 hour convience store down the street that you can walk to.
