Beautiful hotel and ocean right off the pool!

Todo excepcional, desde la llegada hasta el último minuto. La cena que se reservo espectacular y el servicio de 10. Todos hicieron la estancia impecable y placentera. La comida con gran sabor y el desayuno americano muy bueno. Además de ser pet friendly. Solo a destacar el servicio de Wi-fi no funcionó en ningún área, se estableció conección rápido pero no nos funcionó. Habitación con amenidades de aniversario como se mencionó y una vista magnífica al mar. En general recomiendo ampliamente el lugar tanto por las instalaciones como por los anfitriones. Felicidades. The overall experience was ok but it wasn’t amazing I guess based on the price is worth it but rooms need some maintenance the bathroom floor looked like on construction like I said maybe that’s how hotels look like in cozumel but this is just me comparing to others I have stayed before the staff was friendly even though I had a charge at the end of the stay that definitely didn’t recognize but then again I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt the walls from the outside look very musty but for a hotel near the ocean probably that’s how it will look even if they paint it every week .. the staff was very friendly the cleaning crew amazing the hotel was pretty clean the breakfast was very small coming from Texas I guess we have to adjust on portions outside of the country lol the front desk people were the only staff members that aren’t as nice 2 of them looked like they had an attitude but maybe they were tired who knows ..

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The staff were friendly and went above-and-beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I visit the island.

Clean and exceptionally friendly staff. The pool was amazing, the ocean out from was amazing. Breakfast was good (we didn't eat any other meal here). The gals in the spa were so delightful, but if you are a spa goer on the regular you will probably be disappointed. It didn't really have a spa feel and was super small- I did kind of expect more for a wellness resort.

Beautiful property! Snorkeling outside your door! Good breakfast options and nice bar!

The views were absolutely breathtaking! The people were so hospitable and welcoming. Our room was ready on time and was clean, spacious and had great a/c. The balcony became my favorite way to start the morning with a cup of coffee and a book! We did some snorkeling off the property and it was ok. Fun to do but you’ll get much better snorkeling on some of the tours and what not off shore. The breakfast was yummy and dinner and lunch were fresh, healthy and very tasty! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing sea view, very nice pool, great reef for snorkeling, staff was friendly but they accept outside guests for day pass and don’t give priority to hotel guests for the pool beds which I think it’s unfair.

Most of the staff were great! The only unfortunate part was that a lot of staff would give service preference to the partiers (ie the cruise ship workers that would come on their days off) and would totally ignore the rest of us.

We stayed at the oceanfront room, the ocean view was awesome! The bed was firm and comfortable. Room had a nice layout, it was nice, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping it tidy and clean. Hot buffet breakfast is included and loved that they offered a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every morning. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Room can use more drawers and towel bars/hooks. It would be nice to have lounge chairs in the oceanfront balcony instead of regular chairs. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back in the future!

Each year, I spend one month in Cozumel to visit my daughter. It was my first time in Hotel B Unique. During two full days, there was an event organized by Body Talks Women. It happened to be a very invasive and noisy meeting gathering around 100 yelling women, with loud speeches all day long. All the people who wished to spend their vacation in a quiet and peaceful environment were upset and complained about the occurence of that meeting. It is unfortunate, the service was excellent. But if the management of that hotel prefers to go in that direction, I will not return to that hotel, not knowing if my sojourn will coincide with this kind of event.

The hot tub closed at 8:30-9 i wish it was open later. Food was okay for the price not amazing. Breakfast was ok. The views are amazing though. Would i stay again? Probably not but not terrible.

Enjoyed a very relaxing 7 night stay at this 44-room hotel with my husband in early January starting with the warm welcome from Marco when we first arrived. Our vacation was dedicated to resting, reading and relaxing and Hotel B is the perfect place to be as active as you wish (e.g., snorkelling) or to just go slow. We recommend booking a room with a balcony to watch the sunrise or sunset over the ocean. Shout out to more amazing staff: the lovely and hardworking Claudia from the restaurant who brought our made to order breakfast each morning and launched our day on a positive note; the very knowledgeable David from the front desk; and the amazing Vicky from the spa who gave my husband and I a soothing hot stone massage - please treat yourself to a massage from Vicky to get you in the zen zone. My husband and I are contemplating travelling to Cozumel each January and staying at Hotel B as a way to launch the new year on a blissful note. Thank you to everyone for the memorable experience and hope to see you soon!
