Hotellet lå veldig sentralt til og har sjarmerende kolonialstil. Vinduene på rommet jeg hadde bestilt lot seg ikke åpne og rommet var veldig mørkt. Mot et mellomlegg fikk jeg byttet til en juniorsuite hvor vinduet lot seg åpne. Veldig vennlig og hjelpsomt personale.

I loved this hotel! It was so beautiful with the traditional Spanish style architecture. The location was perfect close to the markets and the city center parks. The staff was amazing!!! They were so helpful and made me feel so safe as my flight was delayed and I had to stay an extra night without my companion. I will stay there again.

El hotel divino y muy céntrico las habitaciones mas o menos, estaban limpias y cuidadas pero de un hotel tan listo me esperaba la habitación mas linda posible y pues no, bastante promedio al menos en el 3er piso que me quedé, aceptables pero promedio. El personal super amable

Gran ubicación buen servicio

Overall was a nice hotel. The air conditioning was helpful when it was hot and the room was comfortable overall. The pool was a nice amenity, but was on the small side if other people were also using it. The location was great - very close to the city center which made everything very walkable.

Hermoso hotel boutique en el centro de Oaxaca, todo te queda caminando. El lugar es super acogedor, me tomé unas fotos increíbles en los pasillos, la comida del restaurante espectacular como todo en Oaxaca, el personal siempre muy amable, gran lugar.

We stayed here seven days in late April. The location is ideal. Close to the Zocalo, café shops, retail shops, restaurants, 20 de Diciembre market, museums and many other places. They are all within walking distance. During the weekend it could get noisy as there is a bar/club nearby. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The beds are comfy and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Especially since the weather was in the 90's the entire week we were there. For those who have physical limitations please be aware there is no elevator for rooms in the 2nd and 3rd level. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a double bed room, we were upgraded to a junior suite. That was nice of them. The room was larger but I have a feeling this was one of the rooms that was not upgraded yet. There was construction above us, not huge deal since we spent most of our time out of the room. But I'm sure if we were there more time it would have been a problem. I would recommend this hotel if you like being close to main area of the city and don't need a car.

Un hotel precioso justo en el corazón de la ciudad, tuvimos una buena estancia gracias a sus cómodas instalaciones y su rica comida.
