ベッドメーキングは毎日されてましたが、ミネラルウオーターの2泊目以降のサービスはありませんでした。

la ubicacion perfecta justo a la vuelta del parque central, el unico detalle q una de las camas ya se le sentian los resortes. de lo demas el personal muy amable. ademas cuentan con una palapa en la parte superior super comoda con hamacas

Une mauvaise nuit. Nous étions 4 dans la chambre. Le matelas de mon lit très inconfortable. Je sentais les ressorts à chaque mouvement.. Dans une salle la télé allumée et avec le son très fort jusqu’à 1 h du matin et de 6 h du matin des personnes parlaient fort dans le couloir. La télé et les gens qui parlaient n’étaient pas des clients...mais des responsables de l’hôtel.

Necesita un baño más presentable. Bueno para grupos grandes..

No se debería considera como hotel, es mas bien una posada.

This hotel offers basic accommodation, with a pretty roof garden, at a good price, but nothing more. That's fine, but travelers should be aware of a few things: 1. The hotel only accepts cash. Make sure that you have sufficient Mexican currency to pay for your entire stay at check-in. 2. The front door is kept locked at all times from the outside (a pain in the neck) and the inside (a fire hazard). The receptionist unlocks it for you -- if someone is at the reception desk, which is not staffed full time nor late at night. 3. The airport transportation offered in the listing is not free. They quoted me 500 pesos for a round trip. I declined, and took an airport taxi for 200 pesos to the hotel, and a city taxi for 150 pesos back to the airport. 4. There was no coffee maker nor iron in the room, nor shampoo, despite being described in the listing. I might have received those if I had asked, but they were not provided in the room despite what the listing said. The receptionist kindly gave me a snack tray of fruit, a sweet roll, and bottle of water. If street noise bothers you, this may not be the place for you, by the way. So, it's okay, but not great. Basic accommodation.

Excelente servicio, se obtiene lo que se paga, es muy sencillo, pero es lo necesario para sólo dormir y seguir en los tours.

La ventana de ventilas no cierra bien se metieron los moscos y el clima hacia ruido.

Sencillo pero cómodo y con buen servicio, ideal para viajeros que buscan viajes economicos y seguro

Todo estuvo bien hasta la noche que el aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido, por lo demás satisfactorio

Las personas son muy amables, te obsequian fruta y pan, hotel seguro y tranquilo, muy recomendable
