部屋は非常に清潔・綺麗、従業員の人達も皆親切・フレンドリーで申し分ありませんでした。また、ホテルの食事が非常に美味しかったです。日中通して蚊が非常に多いので、虫除け、痒み止めは持って行って方が良いです。また、ホテルから海・街中に徒歩で行く際は、至る所に水溜り (場所によっては膝上位まで) があるので、濡れても・汚れても良いサンダルなどを持って行った方が良いです。

While the hotel itself is gorgeous and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient thats about where the good qualities of this hotel start and end. The food was decent if you don’t mind waiting over an hour for the actual food to arrive while also being the only people in the restaurant. The pool was nice, if you don’t mind the broken chairs. The AC was broken when we moved into our room, blowing air but it was not cold so the room was perpetually at 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit. We complained about it 3 separate times on the first day of our stay but after being told we didn’t know how to work the AC remote and one of the kitchen guys coming up to look at it and doing nothing because he didn’t know how to fix it we gave up and just dealt with it. The housekeepers must have noticed the temperature at some point because an actual maintenance guy showed up 4 days into our stay but was a bit creepy. He didnt knock he just looked into the window OF A ROOM FILLED WITH WOMEN and didn’t knock until I caught him standing there. Not okay. He came in and completely broke the AC to where it was showing an error message and wasn’t blowing at all. The front desk lady who was cordial enough to me was extremely rude to my companion. You would think after all of the grief we went through with the AC and being creeped on they would comp our lunch but all they gave us was a $30 USD voucher. Too little too late. Check out was an absolute disaster. Gorgeous but not worth the grief.

Buena atención y todo muy bien , el problema es q no hay calles pavimentadas ni iluminaciom en holbox y andar caminando en la noche a obscuras es muy estresante y peligroso.

Beautiful, perfect, honestly best hotel, staff, all was perfect. We preferred walking all the way downtown to have more restaurant options and access a more warm and clean area of the beach but the location was still perfect. It’s a fun 30 minutes walk to the downtown area or a 5-10min taxi ride.

Un sejour au top ! Un superbe accueil. Tout le personnel est fort sympathique. La chambre avec piscine privée était parfaite. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. Noys avons donc passé un merveilleux séjour de 3 nuits à holbox ! Nous y reviendrons.

Hotel muy bonito, cómodo y acogedor para descansar en Isla Holbox con el ambiente caracteristico de la Isla. Si lejos de centro Holbox. A unas 3 cuadras puedes llegar a la playa al igual a punta cocos pero esa playa esta llena de sargazo y no es la mas bonita. Si rentas una bicicleta puedes andar en la isla y vivir toda la experiencia Holbox. Lo recomiendo!!!

The property is lovely and the staff is excellent. Daniel and Betty are both personable, and helpful. Casa HX is a lovely and unique property with an interesting layout. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. It lives up to the pictures on the website. Some minor repair work was needed in places, but these are smalls details. Commuting to and from the hotel was a small issue due to the distance from downtown. To counter this, local taxis have a transparent rate structure which is affordable. We also walked the distance (25 minutes) without feeling unsafe day or night. I would suggest that you bring a flashlight.

Excelente El check in rapido y sin ningun imprevisto Las habitación cómoda, incluyendo cama, instalaciones y hasta ricos aromas Los jardines bien cuidados, las albercas limpias. Disfrutamos mucho de la vista de la terraza tanto para los alimentos.como solo para tomar unas fotos. El desayuno.supera la espectativa, es muy bueno....... Agradecemos mucho a DIEGO en RECEPCION ya que nos ayudo mucho a resolver todas nuestras dudas y siempre estaba ahi para ayudarnos en todo

Es un hotel pequeño y excelente para descansar y relajarse. La decoración y las instalaciones de muy buen gusto y bien cuidado. La atención del personal es excelente y sumamente amable desde el primer momento y siempre atentos a brindar apoyo, consulta y cualquier necesidad. La comida y bebidas del restaurante excelentes y bastante acordes en precio. La ubicación es conveniente para visitar punta Cocos pero en definitiva poco conveniente para moverse a otras partes de la isla caminando ya que el camino es complicado a pie y debes pedir un taxi que es bastante caro. Por lo demás, quedamos satisfechos y esperamos volver.
