ホテル イクザム パレンケ

とても便利な場所にありながら、静かに過ごすことができました。ドアのキーにトラブルがありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。

従業員はほとんど英語が話せないが、個人的なトラブルの解決に尽力してくれ大変助かった。また急な延泊にも対応してくれた。

ADOのバス停が地球の歩き方に書いている場所と違っていて新しい立派な建物ができていた。大きな道を挟んでホテルがありその左横の木が茂った道を1分ぐらい歩いたところにホテルがあり非常に便利だった。その道をまっすぐ行くと町の中心部に3分ぐらいでいけ、遺跡に行くバス（料金10ペソ）のバスの客引きがあり非常に便利な場所であった。部屋はきれいで清潔でメキシコで泊まったホテルの中で一番良かった。ホテルの食堂の10％割引券をもらえたので行ったがボリュームがあり値段も高くなく一番おすすめのホテルです。

周辺はホテル数件、何もありませんが遺跡だけの目的なら最高です。バスターミナルからタクシーで5分。パレンケ遺跡の往復は265ペソで、レセプションで申込ます。朝食がビュッフェの日とメニューからの日があります。ビュッフェは120ペソでも良かったですが、コンチネンタルを選んだところ、パン3切れとジュースとコーヒーで78ペソと高いです。 ジャングルの中でお湯のシャワーはすごいと思います。 スタッフもみなさんも感じが良く総合的には満足です。

フロントスタッフのサービスが非常に良く、荷物預かりも笑顔で対応してくれました。おすすめ出来るホテルです。

ラベンタ公園まで徒歩で行くことができる距離です。 部屋にシンクがあり、洗面所と別に水道が使えるのがとても勝手が良かったです。 冷蔵庫、コンロはありませんが、部屋が広く、持ち込んだ食料で快適に過ごすことができます。

良い点 ・セントロへのアクセスは良い（但し、一部非舗装道路を通る）。 ・部屋でネットができる

チェックアウト時間が午後1時なので、午前中に暑いパレンケ遺跡を見て帰ってきてもシャワーを浴びて休んでからチェックアウトできます。

Super bien!!! Estuve solo dos noches y el hotel estaba magnífico, lo mismo el restaurante Dato curioso: veo que en las reservas el hotel tiene otro nombre, Hotel Chablis y justo ese nombre se menciona en el libro de La Reina Roja de Adriana Malvido, como un bar donde los arqueólogos, hace 20 años, iban a pasar el rato luego de trabajar en la zona arqueológica Confío en que sea el mismo lugar que se menciona en el libro Saludos!!!

After a long trip that involved 3 flights and a bus ride, (approx 16 hrs of traveling) let’s just say Chablis Hotel was an oasis. Very nice and clean accommodations. Modern and renovated. I was welcomed with a beverage that hit the spot. The heat in Palenque is another level, so a cold beverage was such a nice touch. Beds are comfy, showers have nice pressure. And the air conditioner cools your room up quickly! I slept like a baby. I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Delicious! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend. I will be back!

bien ubicado en el centro de palenque, el restaurante de al lado esta bieno y tiene aire acondiconado, te reciben con una bebida, y hay muchos cafes y restaurancitos muy cerca caminando.

Arriving on Tren Maya we were surprised that a shuttle was waiting for us at the train station with our name to help us locate them. We did not request that. Price quoted was approx. $35 US to go to hotel from station. We were tired from the all day train ride so we paid it rather than look for a taxi, then learned trip should have been 200 pesos mx for the ride. That’s disappointing to be taken advantage of. Employees at hotel were super helpful. Helped us arrange tour the next day- however the timing of the tour pick up from ruins to the van for Misol Ha and Agua Azul leg of tour left only back bench of van with no windows no air for seating. An arduous trek over terrible roads seated like that left us sick, in pain, and angry with tour company who would stuff so many people in a vehicle. Arriving at Agua Azul, chafer recommended restaurant next to where van was parked- their selections and quality of food disappointing-better selections if you keep walking toward the falls. Morning receptionist helped us get a taxi rather than use the shuttle service that was so expensive and not looking out for our best interest in terms of comfort. Hotel location is good- quiet, just off main road, walking area. Restaurant is great! Waiter exceptional, food good, convenient that it is right on site. Tour company has same name as restaurant. I do NOT recommend tour company.
