Excelente habitación, instalaciones y perdonal

The staff were very kind and helpful. Most of them spoke English. The building was kept spotless and shiny clean. The breakfast buffet was fresh every morning and filled with delightful Oaxaca fare. The lunch and dinner menus were basically a Mexican version of American food and I found it barely tolerable. Cab and valet service was very efficient and quick. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The single blemish on this property was the very noisy and busy highway at the front of the establishment where the swimming pool, deck, bar, and restaurant overlooked the city. Apparently, there is no smog or muffler controls in Oaxaca. Many of the cabs are old beaters, many motor and dirt bikes, and the noise and air pollution drove us, every time, away from the cocktail lounge, the veranda, and swimming pool. In other words, there was no place to relax and chill without suffering obnoxious noise and pollution at intolerable levels. They advertise the roof top as available to relax and chill, but I found it blocked off and unavailable.

En realidad disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este bello y agradable hotel, la calidez del personal, la limpieza y organización de sus espacios también fueron excelentes, es una experiencia inolvidable, a través de este medio quisiera agradecer a cada una de las personas que nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

Todo muy bien

En general buen servicio, limpio y el personal amable, lo único molesto es que las camareras empiezan desde las 8:00 am a tocar muy fuerte en las habitaciones aledañas y a decir en voz alta camarera. Muy molesto

Muy bien el hotel Solo que queda en avenida y si hay mucho ruido de camiones y carros así q si buscan descansar no lo recomiendo

El Hotel en realidad es bonito, está bien ubicado; pero su personal es muy desatento y hasta cierto punto grosero; las chicas de la recepción pareciera que te están haciendo un favor; durante dos días seguidos solicitamos una toalla extra porque sólo me dejaron una en la habitación y nunca llegó; tuve que salir a buscar a la chica de servicio y me la dio de mala gana; y lo peor, en uno de los días de hospedaje no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación; se les pasó; muy mal en verdad… aparte es el único hotel en donde he llegado antes del check in y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de ver si había alguna habitación disponible, sólo me dijeron que era a las 15:00 hrs y que regresara…

Todo excelente…. Solo como sugerencia estén más al pendiente de no quedarse sin agua y subir agua antes de que se acabe

Todo excelente, el servicio y atencion.

Normal el hotel, ya un poco viejo, laa habitaciones cómodas, el personal muy amable.

Amplitud de habitación, Ubicación

The hotel is nice and clean, but the restaurant is very expensive and the food isn't that great. It's very far from the city center and the main square (Zócalo), a 24-minute walk. For elderly people or those with health problems, it's not a good place unless they have a car or take a taxi (120 pesos for a 5-minute drive). Taxis are very expensive, and the hotel is located between some dangerous avenues to cross on foot. I think it's better to pay a little more or choose a simpler hotel in the city center so you can walk everywhere. It was a mistake I made, but I learned my lesson for next time.

Staff was courteous, especially the gentleman helping us unloading and loading our luggage! Would come back.

Room was very clean. Staff is great. Will definitely stay there again.
