Las instalaciones y el personal fueron excelentes! El hotel está en una gran ubicación cerca de playas y locales comerciales que facilitan la estadía.

Very comfortable room with good air conditioning, nice shower with lots of hot water, and very pleasant and helpful staff. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. We enjoyed our 3 nights here. One minor thing was that the TV was much too small in our large room.

Great location 5 minute walk to Chahue Beach, 5 minute walk to the major grocery store & 15 minutes walk into the town. Staff were friendly, room was sparsely decorated but comfortable and had a fridge. Great pool!

great location, clean room, comfortable beds, fridge was very appreciated, thank you for providing a room in quiet side of hotel, staff was very nice. Great swimming pool, can be busy at time, but still found some quiet moment to enjoy it. We had a great time for our first vacation in Huatulco, in fact in Mexico. Wonderful place and people! Super friendly staff, most welcoming. The pool was a great asset. The rooms were always clean. The restaurant reasonably priced with courteous service.

Love the Christmas lights and music. Service was awesome

The hotel is clean and in good condition and the rooms are large. There was no hot water during our 6 day stay. The front desk staff said that is not unusual in México. The pool is very large with lots of lounge chairs. The hotel is popular with large groups of Mexican tourists arriving on tour buses. When the buses arrive the pool in the evening is very noisy and on Friday evening they have live music which is very loud. On the plus side the pool closes at 9 and then the hotel is mostly silent. The pool is mostly quiet in the afternoons as most tourists are out for the day. The bartender named Alejandro is the most welcoming and friendly staff member and he speaks some English so was a pleasure to visit with. The restaurant was good.Very few English speaking guests stay at this hotel. The entrance and plants around the hotel are lovely.

El Hotel ofrece un excelente servicio, desde la atención, comida, limpieza, alberca, spa. Tal vez falta remodelar las habitaciones. Pero en general se disfrutó la estancia.

Desde q llegas la actitud del personal mal, te entregan la llave, te señalan donde es la habitación y nadie te ayuda con las maletas. No hay elevador tienes q subir por una rampa o escaleras, el aseo eran las 4 pm y no lo habían hecho. En la alberca dejan jugar con pelotas de día y noche por lo q no puedes nadar tranquilo, por la noche peor aún muchos adultos jugando con balón en equipos y haciendo un escándalo !! Horrible jamás volvería
