ホテル ハシエンダ VIP

ホテルスタッフの温かいサービスが心地良かった。直ぐにタクシーを呼んでくれたり、観光などの情報も細かく親切に教えてくれた。私達は日中はほぼ外出している事が多かったが、次回訪れる事があればプールサイドでのんびりするのも気持ち良さそうだった。

El personal estupendo y excelente trato, el lugar precioso y cerca de todo caminando, cuentan con estacionamiento a una cuadra. La habitación muy amplia y limpia

I can not say enough about this property. The staff, it was very clean, it was convenient, safe parking for the car, and it was so beautiful. The Hacienda is amazing! The wood, work the doors, the pools, the furnishings, all perfect. You mush be aware that this place is not for people who need an elevator so you must be prepared for stairs. Loved it!

En el portal Mencionan que aceptan animales de servicio, (contamos con todos los documentos legales) cuando llegamos el encargado no tenía idea y negó que estaba publicado por este portal y que no podíamos pasar, finalmente tras más de media hr alegando con esta persona y a su vez llamara al supuesto dueño accedió a darnos el cuarto de mala gana y de forma despectiva, de ahí empezó la mala experiencia pues todo el tiempo fue un tema de malas formas, y acoso por parte del escaso personal del hotel, no hay servicio de nada y si pides un agua o algún servicio te dicen que no hay personal para atender nada de nada Al día siguiente llegó lo peor, y l supuesto gerente a las 11 30 am se postró en la entrada y me dijo ya se tiene que ir porque su check out es a las 12 y pues ya se le tarde, total un tipo sin la más mínima idea de llevar un hotel donde se supone el servicio debe ser lo primero En resumen EVITEN llegar a este hotel pues está muy lejos de ser lo que publican y su personal carece de capacitación y profesionalismo Llevo años viajando y es por mucho la experiencia más mala desafortunadamente, dejó este post para evitar alguien más se lleve esta mala experiencia

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.

I enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. Location is super convening and the property is large , rooms are spacious and nice. Price was great. Will be back on next visit to Merida

Well restored historical building. It felt very private. We never had to share a pool with other guests as they were all located in different quarters. My two kids and I had a great stay. They also enjoyed the breakfast on premise.

Hotel precioso y con atención de 1ra de todo el personal

In all of our years of traveling throughout Mexico. The Hotel Hacienda VIP was one of the nicest, well staffed, convenient, beautiful, well appointed, colonial hotels we've ever experienced. The entire staff and the owners were so personable, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and willing to help with any issues or questions. I have to single out Armando and Lucy. They were so helpful throughout our entire stay at the hotel. Lucy helped arrange our return shuttle ride back to the airport. And Armando was just an all around help with whatever we needed. He was always there to lend assistance whenever needed. We never got to introduce ourselves to the maid, but she was absolutely lovely. The two owners of the place were also incredible to work with. They were always available for any questions or issues and always with a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend a stay at The Hotel Hacienda VIP. Thanks, Quincy Bissic

We will be back here when we return to Merida! Albert and Isaac and crew could not have been more accommodating, and we absolutely loved our VIP suite. It surpassed expectations. Ideal location, too. We can't wait to go back!

I really enjoyed this hotel except the mattress was too hard for me and my husband. We would have liked a more comfortable bed. The style was beautiful and exotic and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want something different than the traditional style hotel, this is the place. Also very centrally located.

Great location downtown , priced in the high end , convenient to explore downtown ! Fantastic staff … but as I always say when you book a boutique hotel in a historical building set your expectations accordingly to what amnesties you will get ! If you prioritize comfort , stick to the big chain hotels ! Otherwise it’s an enjoyable exploration

El hotel es muy bonito, muy céntrico, si tiene estacionamiento, aunque no está en el hotel, me gusto mucho.

Beautiful hotel in the central area of Merida

The staff was warm, helpful and friendly and made my father and me incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The two rooms we rented were gorgeous and the pool was clean and felt private. Couldn’t imagine a more pleasant time in Merida.

The suit was as one would expect, a real 4 star

El hotel es muy bonito, lástima que los aires acondicionados no enfrían lo suficiente, son equipos pequeños para habitaciones tan grandes, las almohadas terribles, y por la noche no hay quien atienda, parece un hotel fantasma, no hay gente ni de seguridad, menos en la recepción etc,, obvio no contestan el teléfono y para rematar hay un bar cubano junto a la propiedad con música en vivo a muy alto volumen hasta las 2am, por cierto buena música, jaja (olvídense de descansar)

Hermosa casona que ofrece una excelente opción de hospedaje. Las habitaciones y jardines muy bien cuidados, excelente limpieza y muy céntrico. El personal sumamente amable. El punto malo, la tv no estaba configurada y comunicarse a recepción era complicado, pero la calidad y amabilidad del personal salvaron ese detalle. Le doy un 9/10.
