Hotel Hul-Kú

wifiの環境が兎に角悪い。レセプションに確認と繋がる様に依頼したが、確認するといったきり、状況を滞在中ずっと放置された。 滞在中にネットが使えなく非常に困った。

朝ごはんの始まりが遅かった。7:30からなので食べれないことが多く、最終日は客数が少ないから8時からになり、食べられなかった。

El wifi no funciona, había cucarachas en la habitación y desde el exterior en algunas noches entra una buya terrible de música que no deja descansar, el personal de recepción es poco amigable, a destacar que está ubicado cerca de playa y la quinta

Joli hôtel par contre en face d une boîte de nuit avec la musique à fond nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car quand la musique a commencé en fin de journée on aurait dit que la soirée avait lieu dans la chambre Ils n ont pas accepté notre changement de chambre et ne nous ont pas donné la chambre avant 15h alors que l on sait retrouver dehors sous un gros orage l équipe d accueil n est pas très à l écoute

El desayuno ere limitado en opciones y en platillos que podrían servir, si usamos la alberca, muy bien, solo el agua muy fría

Room was clean, staffs were friendly and the tropical vibe was grand. Two cons: 1. We had to have the hotel bracelet/wrist band on all the time-we hated it. 2. Noise from the hostel nearby-There is no way you can avoid the noise until about 12 midnight and until past midnight on some nights. Breakfast was good enough (healthy too) however we had the same menu with the same few options to choose from every single day. More variety would make it a lot better. Wi-Fi was spotty (won’t work if using for work) but we didn’t mind, we were trying to stay away from the web other than a few mins of social media browsing. Overall, other than the noise issue, it is a nice hotel in a perfect location.

Mysigt ställe, omringad av växter. Fin pool. Rent och snyggt. Välskött ställe. Många mysiga platser runtom på hotellet att sitta vid. Service var dock helt värdelös. Otrevlig och ointresserad personal. Ingen service mind alls. Restaurangen har en menu men har inget av det som står finns hemma förutom frukosten. Cyklarna får bara användas mellan 8-15, och max 2 timmar per dag, vilket är logiskt då ingen annan använde dem. Dessutom var kedjorna helt rostiga och i dåligt skick överlag. Kändes som dom bara hade cyklarna där för visning för att det låter bra att det finns cyklar tillgängligt för hotellgästerna.

El hotel estaba en reparación y no nos avisaron con antelación. Llegamos solo 1 hora antes del check in, la persona en recepción nos avisó que no tenían luz, que a las 3 ya nos iban a poder dar entrada y no era siquiera posible estacionar el vehículo en su estacionamiento para evitar pagar parquímetro en la calle. Dos horas después una señora diferente de recepción muy amable, se percató del hecho y nos permitió estacionar el vehículo. Su albañil que estaba haciendo reparaciones, se puso hacer mezcla de cemento a un lado de nuestro vehículo, salpicándolo de cemento. En ningún momento se nos solicitó mover el vehículo a otra área para no afectar sus labores de mantenimiento. La atención al final, fue completamente diferente a otras ocasiones que nos hemos hospedado. En general el hotel está en buenas condiciones, tranquilo y su ubicación ideal cerca de la 5ta avenida y parques.

Great place. Extended my stay because of how great the atmosphere was and the variety of plants and animals. We loved seeing the bats swoop through in the morning getting the bugs. No bugs to be found on the property. Lots of cool lizards running around though and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Omar at the front gate was very courteous and helps with the luggage and any questions. I went in and out a lot because of all of our appointments and running to the store and they never made it seem like it was a pain to buzz me in every time to the property which was nice. Overall great experience and definitely great value for the money. I've stayed at five star resorts that didn't have as helpful staff. Will definitely return. Only downside was the noisiness from the bar, Disco, hostel across the street but we knew about it beforehand and it wasn't really an issue. The location is Central to a lot of the nightlife so there is no avoiding it wherever you go. 10/10

Omar was super helpful and friendly. Extended our stay with zero issues. Noisy at night but we expected that and it wasn't an issue. Saw lots of different kinds of birds and a family of bats that circle the courtyard every morning clearing out the bugs. It's like a tropical oasis and no one bothers you. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, and toast available in the morning in the beautiful garden cafe which is very convenient. Walkable to the dental clinic that placed my implants and 5th ave. Lots of fountains and hanging plants. Room stayed at perfect temp. Only downside is the stairs which can be hard for people with mobility issues. overall

Really nice hotel close to everything yet feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle thanks to the tropical courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Some loud music from the hostel nearby but this finished by midnight so didn’t affect our stay. Would stay here again!

Mooi verblijf, mooie binnentuin in jungle omgeving, geen zon bij het zwembad, ligbedjes altijd in de schaduw. Verschillende dieptes van compact zwembad. Kleine speeltuin maar wiebelig

Beautiful property, but anything but tranquil. Not the hotel's fault, just the downtown location and nearby party bars. Lush, jungle setting. Great rooms, clean, great service, nice pool, good breakfast.

Es muy bonito, es seguro y tranquilo, la alberca tiene un diseño muy bonito, solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento a los camastros.

Pros: the staff, location, food, rooms Cons: TV, Mini Fridge I want to start by saying the staff is very accommodating, kind and multilingual if your Spanish still needs some work. This place is awesome. The property is a hidden gem you would never be able to guess that it looks like it does on the inside. The environmental fee is 66 pesos and it must be paid in cash. I didn't personally see this mentioned anywhere while booking but the front desk informed me and were very kind about it. If you are traveling here pack extra towels and washcloths, they do have towels available for rental for the pool but if you do not want that option please pack your own. You may not bring the towels out of the room and to the poolside. The room was open and comfortable. There was so much air and natural light coming in. We could see coconut trees outside of our window. There is noise from the party scene down the street at night but it didn't bother our family. If you are a light sleeper it may bother you. The TV was pretty small and way up high. It did not have any streaming capabilities or the ability to cast your phone to the TV either. There is a mini fridge in the room but it doesn't actually get anything cold. There is no microwave to reheat anything you had anyway. Breakfast was absolutely delicious nothing but good things to say there. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excelente opcion muy cerca de la quinta avenida, el personal del hotel super amable, la decoracion de las instalaciones del hotel muy linda.
