昼前で、荷物だけ預かってもらう予定でしたが、チェックインできました。チェックインの前に部屋の確認（海側で部屋の前にヤシの木が無い部屋）もＯＫ。レストラン、コンビニも隣接。

I did not even stay at the hotel, I needed my aunt to stay with me and the fee was additional 119, I booked the palms for just 90 for both me and my aunt, I felt they were taking advantage of me because it was a last minute change

This is a good hotel right In front of the Malecón it's a few blocks away from the cathedral and the historical center. the staff is friendly and check in is simple and easy. This hotel is in older so its nothing fancy but its kept up well. Its good for the price and the ocean view.

La vista es espectacular

Las habitaciones tienen muy mala limpieza y tenían animales como hormigas que picaban , pero todo lo demás excelente , el personal muy amables y atento.

Room is very clean. No coffee pot which sucks because none of the coffee places is open till 7 AM.. the beds could use an upgrade and be softer however, the cost was effective so you just pick your battles. Room & location was wonderful. All the front desk staff was super rude. Pretty sure they don't like Americans. We're very stingy about pool towels and ran out even though hardly anyone was there as guests. They advertised hamburgers and other food EVERY DAY but it was never available. Besides that......we loved the charm of the open area bar and beach view and location! Super clean

Todo bien solo mi habitación no me funcionaba la chapa muy bien, algo viejo pero buena vista al mar.

En términos generales la habitación estuvo bien, solo diría que sentí que se podría poner un poco más de atención en las habitaciones que dan al patio así como las dan a las que dan al malecón, sin embargo cumplió con mis necesidades y estuvo bien calidad / precio

La habitación impecable, personal muy amable, cama muy cómoda, excelente ubicación.

Room was super clean was serviced daily excellent view from balcony firm bed and staff was super friendly and helpful the only thing is music is catered mainly to foreign tourists not local or nationals when in mexico i look forward to hearing relaxing spanish music

La habitacion muy limpia, el personal muy atento y una ubicación excelente donde caminando llegas a lugares emblemáticos de Mazatlan. (plaza Machado, centro histórico) y por el malecon ves todas las actividades tradicionales de Mazatlán (carnaval combate Naval, etc.. Lo recomiendo al 100 si lo que deseas es ver y conocer lo tradicional del Puerto.

This is the best location in town. Make absolute certain you get an ocean view room. Mexico is loud. With a very convenient location comes a lot of noise. People love blaring their car stereos all hours of the night. Make certain that you bring ear plugs. Wonderful view of the ocean from your room and a beach directly across the street. The hotel won't loan you beach towels for the beach. You will need to bring your own.

My hotel of choice when I’m in Mazatlan. A budget friendly hotel with incredible views. (ocean view room). I will be back again next year
