Todo muy bien, el hotel esta muy céntrico. Lo único complicado es bajar y subir el equipaje ahi en el hotel. No hay lugar de estacionamiento ni para eso. El valet hace mucho para ayudar.

You can’t find a better spot to start your SMA adventure. Close to the best site’s & restaurants. The staff are attentive, courteous, and accommodating at every turn. Very clean with a wonderful rooftop with a heated pool, great church views, & an elevator. Sincerely, Nancy C

Excelente lugar…

El hotel está muy céntrico, literalmente caminando, puedes ir a todas partes no necesitas taxi ni Uber, solamente el único lugar que necesitarías agarrar un Uber o taxi sería a la fábrica Aurora, que también se las recomiendo mucho. El hotel está súper limpio y muy lindo, tienen un rooftop muy bonito, con bar y alberca con una vista de la parroquia increíble. La atención al cliente es excelente, el trato y el servicio de Estrella y de Carlos lo hace aún más placentero, súper serviciales. De hecho todo el personal del hotel son muy amables! Yo regresaría al hotel Madi, sin dudarlo, ni un segundo.

The room was spacious, clean and looked very nice. The staff was amazing and helped with my return transportation to the airport. The staff spoke English, which was nice (or they readily used a translation app). The location was amazing!

The website that the hotel is promoting, and Expedia is sharing is not what the hotel is actually offering, we went for the gym in the spa and there’s no gym and no spa. The breakfast was very limited and quality pretty poor second day we even didn’t tried anymore. Room is very small, very limited closet space. Rooms are noisy and you can hear every noise from outside the room. The stuff was really nice, almost not speaking English, but this is not unusual for Mexico. The parking situation is very difficult. They park your car that it’s really nice but you really need to rush out from your car even if you announced them in advance against something may be typical for this town but still could be done different.

El aire acondicionado muy bien

Staff and cleanliness were lovely. Friendly and helpful. Room and open spaces were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was very scant with not a lot of variety compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. No condiments available for toast etc. The room was on the small size with very little storage. No hot water the first day, then they got it fixed and continued hot water throughout our stay.
