ホテル NYX カンクン オールインクルーシブ

コンパクトなホテルでしたが非常にコスパが良かったです。ブラックフライデーのセールで、一室　合計2.8万円でした。 プールや海が目の前にあり、オールインクルーシブでのみ食べ放題で、オシャレなレストランが二つあったり、ウェルカムドリンクや、アクティビティもありました。また部屋を少しだけアップグレードして頂きました。 3泊以上すると、オールインクルーシブ以外のレストランが使えたりしました。 ただ、プールサイドで朝11時から19時くらいまで、音楽がすごい音量でかかっており、部屋でも聞こえたので、気になる人はいるかもしれません。予約後、部屋を相談した方が良いかもしれません。

客室はオーシャンビューでとても満足でした。 高い金額を出してアップグレードをお勧めします。オールインクルーシブですが、一部スペシャルメニューは課金制です。それでも満足いくステイができます！

全体的にスタッフはフレンドリーで対応は良かった。

オールインクルーシブのホテルとしては規模は小さめですが必要な設備、サービスは揃っていて、綺麗で、清潔。特にレストランはブッフェ形式のレストラン、イタリアン、和食と3ヶ所あり、イタリアンは3日に1回、和食は滞在中に1回利用できる。全てのレストランがオールインクルーシブに含まれている(別途料金が必要な物もあり)。

The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. The food at the restaurants is delicious and satisfying. I think it would be better if the menus had pictures.

オールインクルーシブプランで2泊しました。 ホテル内レストランは3泊以上でイタリアン、5泊以上で和食のお店が利用できます。私は両方とも行けなかったのでビュッフェのみでいただいました。ご注意ください(-_-)　朝食会場はビュッフェとは別でフロント近くにありました。品数が多くておいしかったです。 到着日、チェックイン前にもビュッフェは利用できました。味はまあまあおいしかったですが、混みあってきたので追い出されました。それは仕方ないと思いましたがウェイターは何も言わず食べている途中のお皿をさげたので気分が悪かったです。 デラックスルームは内装は古さを感じました。 アメニティは備え付けのシャンプー、ボディシャンプーのみでした。私はいつも持参したものを使ってるのでそれでよかったですが。 滞在中は冷蔵庫内のお水、ビール等を補充にきてくれました。 オールインクルーシブで申し込みましたが、調べたところ、何かにつけてチップを支払いしたほうがいいようなので相場がわからずそれに気を取られて疲れました。 徒歩10分ほどのところに大きなショッピングモールがありましたのでお買い物好きな方には良いと思います。 （私は行ってませんが）

Super nice staff. Activities they had were great as well. We had the sunset suite view and it was beautiful to see the lagoon and city life. Food was great as well!! No complaints. Will definitely come back to this boutique hotel!

First time in Cancun at NYX. It was an amazing hotel with 4 restaurants to choose from. We had all inclusive and it was so nice ha ing to not worry about prices. The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room had a great ocean view. Would definitely go back!

Overall, this is a beautiful resort with great amenities, delicious food, and a friendly attentive staff. The grounds were well maintained, and there were plenty of activity and facilities to enjoy during the stay. The dining options were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, our room experience was disappointing. We specifically reserved a room with two beds, but upon arrival we were informed the Delux rooms only have a king size bed. When we entered the room the bed was actually queen size rather than the king size we were told to expect. We were informed the resort was fully booked due to a wedding that was going to take place. In addition, the air conditioning was not properly working, making the room a little uncomfortable. While the resort itself has many positive qualities and the staff did their best to assist, the issues with the room accommodations took away from what otherwise could have been an excellent stay.

Food is good. Staff service is good. Beach would have been nicer if they would clean the seaweed off more frequently

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, los restaurantes , la comida fueron muy buenos. La localización espectacular, la playa, el servicio , los empleados se merecen cinco estrellas. Vale la pena volver

Great boutique hotel, amazing food. The place itself is okay, can use some renovations but it’s an amazing place

The Deluxe room was out dated the head boards on the beds had stains and seemed dirty the restroom was awful not happy with my stay at NYX I would never stay there again

My absolute favorite place to stay! The staff are truly amazing friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile.

The staff was beyond incredible I had a disabled friend who I thought would be able to handle the ramp with her walker but found out she was not the staff helped her every time she needed to move from the room to a restaurant and they were incredible I would recommend this resort to anyone who is frightful of taking someone who is disabled. Miguel Umberto and the other staff at the front door were my saviors I cannot say enough about them the restaurants went beyond trying to help us everyone there was so courteous and helpful I love this place

Small resort that proves personalized service. Food ia fresh and not mass proudced. The entertainment is just right. Good activities...wine tasting, mixology classes definitely a hightlight.
