We started with Eddie and Punta Colorada…stayed at Palmas many times. Cabin 1 needs to be refreshed…broken tiles and torn drapes… Staff is wonderful as usual. Location is the best…

Really nice pool, bar, restaurant and the beach is amazing. 5 star cleanliness. The only issue we had was a 5 day stay with no hot water in the shower. It was reported with no follow up. I would have given 5 stars across the board if they would have taken care of it. If they communicated back with me I would have given the staff 5 stars

Overall the pool area was nice, kid friendly access, grounds were clean. Our room was dirty, mold growing on ceiling of our bathroom, damaged tiles in our bathroom that were jagged and unsafe, room had a very bright television outside of it that lite it up at night. We were moved to a different room the following day which was better. Food menu was kid friendly but pricing was not, expect to pay $75 CDN for family of 4 (breakfast) and dinner was $150 . They need a kids menu option and more affordable options for breaky. Service was great, staff is friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again.

Great location right on the beach. You are really paying for the location. This is a very quiet hotel and community in general located about an hour from Cabo. The restaurants they have offered a variety of options and the staff at the restaurants were very friendly and accommodating. It was a little cooler and windier during spring break than Cancun. The gym was closed during our stay with no alternative options offered. They do suggest a 10 percent gratuity for the entire stay, which seems high. I’d recommend this property for travelers looking to be away from the hustle of Cabo.

We stayed there for a week, and everything was ready and clean when we arrived. Each day, we were given two bottles of water, which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and well-maintained, and there was never any noise after 10 p.m.—even before that, it was pretty quiet. The best part was being right on the beach with easy access. It made our stay really relaxing.
