Hotel Platas

Very basic hotel for traveling on a budget. Nothing fancy. The courtyard is an empty and dirty with an equally empty mildewed pool. If you’re there for business, it’s a basic room. Building is kinda dilapidated and needs some updating and better maintenance overall but hey it’s a decent neighborhood and cheap.

Todo bien de acuerdo a lo que nos ofrecieron. Y solo un detalle que le pongam un sello a las puertas habia una cucaracha en el baňo o fumiguen

La habitación olia a humedad terriblemente, tuvimos que solicitar aromatizantes, las ventanas del baño rota, cucarachas en el baño, La sabadas manchadas, Muy mala recomendación

La verità parece un robo cobrar 600 peso un installazione misera

Quiero pensar que esto es una burla, verdad ???? El día de mi llegada reporte que el hotel está CERRADOS y en el chat de Expedia MADIE ME PUDO AYUDAR tuve que buscar otro hotel por mi cuenta como podrán ver en mis viajes, espero una compensación porque no pueden engañar a sus clientes de esta manera

No tenían pago con terminal disponible, ni cambio en efectivo, pero al final, todo bien

It's everything I look for in a stay. A bed, bath, a low price and that's about all I need. The bath could have used ventilation but the window opened onto a block wall. There was A/C, but the controls didn't work. It's freeze or stew. Not for the weak deluxe traveler. Met my low needs.

PÉSIMO LUGAR, ademas de descuidado no esta limpio, hay cucarachas, esta viejo y da miedo dormir ahi. Agua fria. Jamas regresaré.

Es una ESTAFA, un FRAUDE. Las fotos no son de la propiedad. LAS FOTOS SON FALSAS. Es un engaño. POR FAVOR no reserven porque el HOTEL no es el mismo de las fotos anunciadas.

This property should not be on travelocity. It is a run down, bug infested, water damaged, no hot water, no facilities, no help to drag luggage up 2 flights of stairs...I am a 73 yr solo female traveler and felt unsafe the whole time I was there. No effort on this makeshift hotel to accommodate in any way. DO NOT STAY HERE.

NOS DIERON UNA HABITACION QUE PARECIA MAS CUARTO DE SERVICIO SIN TELEVISION NI VENTANA, PESIMO LUGAR, NO VOLVERE A ESE HOTEL

From day one the toilet tank never fill and never flush well, report front desk but no plumber to fix. While whole time I stay. Last 2 days my room have no tv cable, I report and they can’t able to reach dish company. My room have no wifi, I have to come outside to common area to use wifi, when I report front desk then they say that your room is far from signal range. Then why say room have wifi on site. I have big problem while checking in. They say my card didn’t accept but it work at the atm well. They want money in cash in there hands , I think that is the whole point. My paper say that my price is included my 2 kids and 2 adult but they still charge me for 1 extra kid every day which I stay. Very terrible experience and front desk don’t talk English at all. And after all which room I stay number 9 don’t have remote for ac , I have get up and on and off from breaker and I can’t adjust the speed, it set on 1 and I have get up always to off it all the time at mid night during my sleep. Very terrible experience and it’s all true you can contact the company and check
