Debido al viaje llegamos tarde, y nunca nos abrieron

The room was clean and quiet. The water was not very hot. I arrived at 3pm (the time of the check in) but the door was locked. Nobody was around. At 4pm, someone showed up and never apologized.

Está bien, el único inconveniente es que no cuenta con estacionamiento

Alojamiento limpio y cerca del centro, muy bien para una estancia de unos días. Pequeño punto negativo: no hay mucha agua caliente.

Super bien ubicado y buena estancia

Un lugar muy recomendable, habitación limpia, te atienden muy bien y cuenta con wifi. Está bastante bien ubicado, hay muchos servicios cerca, puedes ir caminando hasta el centro, disfrutar mérida sin complicaciones ni contratiempos.

First night there was no 24/7 front desk as advertised. i had to sleep on the lobby floor. good luck to that! Also i had written them and did not receive a timely response.

Comodidad

no tienen estacionamiento, no hay agua caliente, pagamos habitacion plus y nos cambiaron a habitacion sencilla porque solo esas tienen agua caliente; es una posada muy sencilla pero de ahi en fuera, para pasar la noche y dormir esta bien. deberian implementar cambiar las TV con internet minimo entrar a Youtube.

The one compliment I can give this place is they have a very kind staff. Otherwise, you'd have to pay me to stay here ever again. I had absolutely NO hot water - it wasn't even warm. Straight up cold because it was January. I went to a nearby gym and paid for a day pass for a hot shower. Noisy as can be with windows made of slatted glass that don't close all the way and do nothing to block out sound. Wifi didn't work inside my room...had to stand out in the hallway by the router to get any service. And the toilet in my room didn't even have a toilet seat. Worst four nights I spent in my entire three months in Mexico. :(

Staff were courteous, my room was what I expected for the price-quite adequate. It faced the street so was quite noisy, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If you go book an inside room. (Rooms 1 to 7, not 8!)

The staff was wonderful and location convenient. The rooms simple, but for the price that’s understandable. However, cleanliness was lacking and simple fixtures like locks on bathroom doors or hot water was not a guarantee. Again, staff was wonderful!

Habitación limpia, personal bueno solo sería genial indicaran que no tienen estacionamiento en la propiedad sino comoatten con otro hotel y es de pago.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero cómodo. Está muy cerca del centro. El joven de la recepción es muy amable

Ants and cockroaches were an issue.

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, no contaban con agua caliente, nunca hicieron limpieza de la habitación, no servían los conectores de corriente eléctrica, los cables del apagador del baño estaban expuestos. Como no servían los enchufes de electricidad nos cambiaron a otro hotel llamado Mucuy y estaba en peores condiciones, sin agua caliente, sin limpieza, los cojines estaban sucios y rotos, las toallas estaban sucias, aunque el personal era amable.
