Demasiado ruido por la noche

I did not like the overall condition or appearance of the room. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained. I went to plug in my cell phone and the outlet sunk back into the wall. The fake plants were very dirty. The bathroom needs to be updated. There was no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. Smell was not desirable either. Won't stay here again and won't recommend anyone to stay here. The meal we had was very good but we saw a cockroach crawling along the floor of the dining area

Es dificil encontrar mascotas que acepten mascotas. El lugar no es el mas moderno, se ve que le caeria bien una gran remodelacion. Pero si no te importa quedarte en una habitación viejita, todo está excelente. Muy buen precio para la comodidad quw recibimos con todo y mascotas.

El baño tiene piso resbaladizo me cai.. les dije que huele a derenaje el cuarto y dijeron no hay otro..

The lobby looked nice courtyard was cute check in staff was nice day staff was terrible. Room was dirty window wouldn’t close no shampoo soap etc not enough towels for our booking of four. Day staff says housekeeping was supposed to leave water etc when I informed them there was none and asked for a bottle to take medication we were told to walk to the store to buy it. Air conditioning was screaming all night then stopped cooling woke up in a sweat at 3am. Continental breakfast was limited and we had to wait for items to be refilled and there was hair in the yogurt. Overall terrible we will never stay here again.

Me quisieron extorsionar durante la estancia, dándome una explicación irreal, pero lo peor de todo es que durante la llamada sabían mi información general, teléfono celular, numero de habitación y las horas de entrada y salida del hotel

Se me hizo qlgo inseguro el estacionamiento. Ya que era abierto y ko vi personal de seguridad

Excelente servicio atención limpio todo muy recomendable a buen precio

The suite was pretty good for what I've expected, though parking in premises was bit complicated and other care parking overnight simply blocked my access, so on the day of my departure I had to endure a significant delay as no ways out until couple of hours later.

Las habitaciones sucias, muy llenas de polvo. No hubo energía eléctrica durante el último día de estancia y check out, agua insuficiente debido a ello. El desayuno continental incluido con café muy frío, el personal no pudo ofrecer una solución al problema de energía eléctrica, poco empáticos con los clientes hospedados.

Las habitaciones viejas no son como las fotos mostradas en página huele a humedad y los baños muy viejos sin jabón para manos regaderas viejas y si buena función, se te cobra un depósito para prestarte el control de televisor y el control del aire cuando eso no debe de ser televisores viejos, el internet malo sin poder conectar

It is very inexpensive. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Traffic noise is never comfortable for me. I always appreciate a small refrigerator and there is not one, also no ice available.
