Limpio y el personal muy amable

The service was ok, but there multiple times I had no hot water and had to call front desk. But the location was great as is by downtown. Other than that I wouldn't stay here again.

Found a cockroach in my room along with many flies around the sink and room. Towels were very old and coming apart. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Todo perfecto excepto que la unidad de aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente

Primero me dieron una habitación sucia y con el baño en muy mal estado, nos dieron toallas viejas, rotas y con pelos, no cambiaron de habiatacion al siguiente día y no salia agua caliente, el WC no funcionaba correctamente.

Bad experience at the hotel, what the description says is a lie, there was no water to bathe, there were no towels for 3 people, the only good thing was the staff was friendly, I do not recommend it in summer

La alberca estaba sucia, muy pequeña la porción a la carta

No hay cambio de toallas ni de sábanas, para el desayuno, es necesario ir diariamente al lobby por un “vale” para obtener el desayuno. Para ese desayuno, hay un horario de 7:30 a 10:00 am, sin embargo no estaban listo todos los alimentos hasta cerca de las 8 am. Las chicas del Lobby con una excelente actitud de servicio.

Lo único que me gustó fue el desayuno, mi habitación mal, sin aire a pesar que lo reporte, limpieza mal, tenía que andar pidiendo de favor que me limpiaran la habitación a pesar de lo malo volveré por la ubicación solo por eso.

Mejorar el aspecto de las habitaciones, estan muy descuidadas y viejas, todo se escucha y el desayuno que está incluido es muy escueto

No hot water and the internet is a joke. The floors look like they was never swept and the towels are as thin as the sheets. Horrible

The room was outdated with old carpeting that had a foul odor. I did appreciate the full-size refrigerator. The door key often required reactivation as it often did not work. The breakfast was very limited and did not include eggs, which was disappointing. No orange juice. Not very kid friendly. The pool was essentially out of commission as it was very dirty with green algae and we were not able to use it at all. It is very dark at night, but I feel very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Multiple times times there were large, semi trucks parked right in front of our entryway, which was difficult to get in. On my first day I had a very difficult time getting the luggage through as there was a huge truck parked right in the walkway. Overall, my rating is very poor to the above concerns that were addressed, but some obviously were not resolved. I think the worst comment was regarding the breakfast very disappointing and the pool that was not available which are two major reasons why I chose this hotel, especially since it was in the downtown area and very convenient to transportation and multiple convenience stores, including Oxxo and Soriano

Place was quiet but the amenities were not good. We were given half a toilet tissue roll. Hot water took a while to come out.
