ホテル サン カルロ

２泊しました。写真の建物と同じでしたが　看板が見つからず　近くにいたポリさんに教えてもらいました。入口が階段部分でホテル名が書かれていましたが、非常にわかりづらい。 受付は階段の２階の踊り場にありました。受付の机が１個 部屋は屋上部分で入口が鉄の扉で最初物置かとおもいました。扉の開閉が悪く、開け方がわからず受付の女性に聞いて開けれました。、立てつけが悪く、鍵が開いていても枠でひっかって力づくで押さないと開きませんでした。部屋にはベットとテレビはありましたがクローゼット、ゴミ箱はなく、また奥の鉄の扉の向こうに便所、洗面がありましたが、シャワーが見つからず、翌朝よく見るとシャワー発見、使用すると　温水がポタポタ状態、水と混合するとスタスタ状態で何とか使えました。仕切りのカーテンがなかったので、洗面台の足元もビチャビチャ。wi-hiはすぐ接続できましたが　１時間の内５分程度接続できた。 そういえばコップがなかったわ。ピザ屋でもらったコップを利用しました

ホテル予約をしてあったのにも関わらず、宿に到着すると満室とのこと。 最悪の一夜です。

The drain smell in all room. There were roaches. The bed was dirty. We left the hotel the second day and we paid for seven days. They didn’t give me my reimbursement.

Está en un buen lugar. No tiene estacionamiento y la persona de la recepción, molesta, nos mandó a una pensión que nos rechazó. No tenían toallas suficientes, y solo un jabón por habitación doble. Un servicio de hotel de 15 dólares.

Excelente servicio, el personal se porto muy amable y atento, muy buena ubicación, lo recomiendo.

Convenient location but no hot water and the guy forgot to give us the remote for the tv, I spoke with a lady and she apologized and she said the guy was new. I appreciated they took care of our luggage because we got there before check in but when we came back to the hotel at night, we payed extra cash to get a bigger room and at the moment of check out she charged us again for “using all 3 beds” when we only used 2 and it didn’t make sense since we payed for the extra beds.

Esta limpio pero DEMACIADO AUSTERO. No hay personal para ayudar con el equipaje y la entrada es el segundo piso y son gradas. No hay donde colgar la ropa. No hay cafetera, un dia no habia agua caliente, me bañe con fria. yo compre cleanex y papel para secarnos las manos. El sanitario esta demaciado incomodo. La empleada Elida fue muy amable y se encargo de que si hubiera agua caliente para bañarnos. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad caminando. (Hay que llevar su propia plancha y secadora de pelo).

EN LA REGADERA DEL BAÑO NO HABIA UN MURO O ALGUNA PROTECCION PARA QUE EL AGUA NO SE DERRAMARA Y FUERA A DAR HASTA LA HABITACION. VI UN INSECTO PARECIDO A UN TECUEJO... LA CAMA AUNQUE DIJERON QUE ERA MATRIMONIAL ESTABA MAS PEQUEÑA, Y DORMI CON EL TEMOR DE CAERME POR EL POCO ESPACIO PARA DORMIR. EL PERSONAL DE LA NOCHE MUY POCO AMABLE

Good location, good price for a very simple hotel. You got what you pay for

Now that we are out of there and I’ve had the false review taken down I can tell you what really happened! We were put in an unfinished partially furnished room, you could see the springs through the sheets on the bed and there was an opening in the wall between the bathroom and the lobby where a full-grown man could easily fit through. I left a “check in review” then spoke with the manager who agreed that our reservation was for a better room after I showed her on the screen of my laptop. Before that they were trying to convince us that we were wrong. they had rented our room and we could move the next day. The next morning, the usual lady was behind the desk but also another lady we hadn’t seen before. The lady said they couldn’t move us to the new room until I wrote them a good review saying how wonderful the new room is, how excellent the staff are etc. Apparently, the owner received the check in review and was mad. She wasn’t kidding. She said that we would have to show her that we had written a good review or they weren’t going to let us in the room that we were supposed to be in in the first place! I said she was trying to hold us hostage and she said yes. We wrote review and returned to hotel, she took us to the new room. This was literally extortion. She should be fired. The new room wasn’t close to what we paid for. The kitchenette and dining area was an unplugged microwave on a shelf, general condition very poor. This place should be investigated by tourism board.

Las camas son súper incómodas, el baño demasiado pequeño y solo si la pidas hay agua caliente, y no tienes ni siquiera lo que te promete el anuncio y siempre te quieren cambiar habitaciones más pequeñas

Un hotel que excede exageradamente su precio a lo que ofrece. No cuenta ni siquiera con lo esencial en una habitacion. El baño no tiene ventana, solo un hueco que da a la recepcion. Ni siquiera una jabonera o un toallero donde puedas poner tus cosas. La habitacion solo tiene la cama y nada mas. Ademas es super ruidoso. No hay un momento en la noche en que no se respete el silencio. Sinceramente nada pero nada recomendado. No vale ni siquiera una cuarta parte de lo que cobran. El precio es un verdadero robo a cualquiera. Simplemente no lo recomiendo ni para una persona sola. Esta horrible.

unfortunately, in that supposed hotel, good and kind people work, but also people without experience in the hotel industry work creating unpleasant moments for clients, and that was my case

El costo es muy alto para los servicios que te ofrecen, las instalaciones sucias. En mi estancia no cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas. No lo recomiendo por ningún motivo!!!!

The location is great, although, the beds are too hard and the bathroom is way to small.

la experiencia en Guanajuato fue muy mala iniciando con el grupo de Expedia.com y con el hotel Frida, ya que no respetaron la reservación que tenia, estaba cansado de manejar y solo queria descansar y tenga que en hotel Frida no tenian conocimiento del mi alojamiento despues de una hora al telefono CON ATENCIÓN A CLIENTE EXPEDIA , me dieron una reserva en hoter San Carlo, el Hotel esta bien para los que van a su desmadre pero para personas que quieren descansar No, mucho Ruido en la zona un olor a garnacha desde que entras y a toda hora del día, no cuenta con estacionamiento una complicación ... NO ESTOY CONTENTO Y ME ARREPIENTO DE RESERVAR CON EXPEDIA.

Hotel sencillo y funcional. Con todo lo básico y buen servicio del personal.

La única ventaja, es que está en el centro, pero como no tiene cochera; tendrás que pagar extra por pensión. El hotel es caro para lo que ofrece; sin amenidades de ningún tipo. Los colchones muy viejos e incómodos; con hoyos. El baño muy rústico.

Excelente ubicación, buen trato por parte del personal y habitaciones super amplias y muy limpio.

El hotel es pequeño, la habitación es moderada, pero excelente servicio, por parte de la seguridad, de la recepción, casa comoda y televisión por cable siempre disponible. Lo unico negativo en condiciones es la regadera que no tiene cortina pero eso no evita para que tengas una gran estancia comoda... Finalmente excelente ubicación… Muy bueno, Gracias hotel San Carlo
