This is a lovely, clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff, at a very good value. Super family friendly. The pool is very nice, and the rooms are nice if not super modern or fancy. We rented the penthouse for two families, and it worked out very well. Kitchen needs better stocking - no large bowls, for example - but it worked fine for the couple of meals we cooked there. We all loved this hotel. A little outside of the main center of town, but within walking distance. Worth it to us for the price. A great spring break stay for our group, and would definitely book again.

I arrived at 3 pm and they didn't have the room ready, they gave it to me an hour later, the cleaning was perfect, the attention of all the workers was very good, very friendly, the WiFi is not very good, every day they cleaned our room, the very strong problem is the restaurant the food very bad, the people on the breakfast shift are angry, they serve very badly, at night the staff very friendly, but the food terrible, they need a manager or a captain of waiters and most importantly a chef or a cook with experience who can offer quality food

All the staff at Hotel Santa Fe were helpful and went out of their way to please. The room was large, clean, and well equipped. The pool area is lovely! exceptional value!

Very nice room and staff were very friendly and helpful and very professional. Great food at hotel restaurant. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Great location and walking distance to everything being centrally located. Amazing hotel will definitely book here my next trip

Nice affordable clean place to stay. It was a safe 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Restaurant on site. The pool and courtyard were nice.

Great location to city centre. Nice to connect with other travelers & the town/ city centre. Facilities a little run down, but adequate.

this hotel has a great pool and hot tub and that’s about it we stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were noisy, the fan in the bathroom would not turn off location is ok but the food was sub par at best we were given bio tix for 2 free drinks and 2 days of continental breakfast that breakfast had a few pieces of fruit, 2 pieces of bread not a croissant as on the menu and a cup of coffee, we didn’t even go back for the 2nd day, i upgraded to the buffet breaky and it was awful, unpaid $8 is for scrambled cold eggs and cold chicken stir fry and was told that’s all we have yet i was there an hour before they closed breaky i will not return to this hotel, i was incredibly disappointed

Enjoyed the pool and courtyard. Staff were all friendly. I chose this hotel for the security of having the rooms open into the enclosed courtyard.

The pool and hot tub were the best part of this hotel. Our studio suite was at ground level and the sliding door latch was barely holding on. The water in the shower was luke warm. We did not receive the 2 free drinks that were supposed to be included and the continental breakfast was literally 2 pieces of bread with a couple pieces of papaya in the fly restaurant. The coffee was a highlight.

Great staff, spotless room with daily linen service. Only one mild annoyance-

The room was great. It was great to have a hairdryer and a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating to give us an extra blanket at the second night. The room was clean and comfortable and near the pool.

Water was low pressure and luke warm, lots of loud noises at night. Locking mechanisms that were difficult to use. Room not ready on time, breakfast not served on time. Inattentive staff.
