The hotel and customer service was goo. My complain is the lack of information and updates from Hotel.com to keep informed the customer regarding the events of the hotel.

Habitación de una cama un poco reducida La habitación de dos camas muy espaciosa

The room was clean with air conditioning. It is close to the beach and the hotel has designated chairs on the beach. Also there is a pool/patio area with a view of the beach. Easy access to excellent restaurants including the Scappata restaurant downstairs. Delicious food and excellent service. If you like being close to the action and beach, stay here. If you want no noise and no people around, maybe it is not for you. We enjoyed the Malecon and excitement of the area with strolls at night. Perfect location.

La habitación estuvo cómoda, el servicio es cordial.

Es un hotel muy bonito en cuestion del restaurante y la decoración, sin embargo deja mucho que desear, el personal es poco amable sobre todo la recepcionista que nos recibió de mala gana y parecia estarnos regañando, no hay quien te ayude con tu equipaje, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y cuentan con poca ventilación, el agua de la regadera huele muy mal y el piso esta muy resbaloso, mas si esta mojado, sinceramente la experiencia no fue agradable, le falta manteniendo a la alberca ya que ibamos con niños y se cortaron sus dedos por el desgaste del piso de la alberca, recomiendo un mejor trato para los huéspedes

On my first day staying at the Hotel Scapata, not only did they kindly store my bag for hours before check-in, but they went above and beyond to help me. I had ditched my bag with them to go check out El Corchito, a local eco-reserve, and upon my return had left my phone in the cab. The hotel manager took me in his personal vehicle around town to the taxi station and supported me in finding the right driver. Mind you, this was all before I'd even checked in! I was immensely grateful and he was incredibly gracious. Perfect person to work in hospitality. Everything else about the hotel was great, but his generosity is what will stay with me!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my husband, sister and her boyfriend. We arrived a little early. The guy who checked us in was super nice, friendly, and gave us all the info we needed. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, so we changed and went to the beach which was right across from the hotel. Hotel guests have access to free beach beds. They had servers on the beach to take our orders for food and drinks. The beach was beautiful. We also went to the rooftop pool during our stay which was very enjoyable. We watched a beautiful sunset from there. The location is wonderful. We walked down the beach walkway. There were many restaurants, bars, shops, and spa/ massage. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning which was good. Our room was fine. We had a king bed. It wasn't very spacious but we did not spend a lot of time in there. We had what we needed and we were comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay here again if/ when I am back in the area. Muchas gracias!!

Property and rooms are very nice. Staff is courteous and helpful. Due to health issue, we were unable to stay the full time and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond in helping us cancel the reservation. Luis, the reception manager, has been great in communicating our refund.

The room was clean, the staff were extremely attentive, and the beach was perfect. A chair was available every time we went to the beach. I will come back again, and recommend this hotel to my friends. Progresso was walkable and quiet, a family, friendly beach town.

Todo bien , solo falta área techada que de acceso al restaurante en tiempos de lluvia
