Service was great and efficient

I couldn't take a Sawyer because the water pressure was to low and the sink never works is always clogged up the maid is fine is just technical issues.

La habitación fue cómoda, sin embargo al tener vista a interiores del edificio, no se puede abrir la cortina o queda como aparador. El agua de la regadera tenía mal olor. El personal muy atento y amable.

The room was clean, air conditioned, and everything worked as it should have. Staff were courteous, helpful, and could speak either English or Spanish. The property was staffed 24/7 and the location was safe and secure. Price was very fair, would definitely stay again.

Habitación impecable, personal excelente

I stayed at this hotel in Guadalajara for 12 days and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I encountered bed bugs in two different rooms, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a long-term stay. After discovering the issue, I contacted the general manager and requested either a refund or to be moved to a different hotel for safety and hygiene reasons. I was told that because I had paid in advance and other hotels were fully booked, this was not possible. Instead, I was moved to yet another room within the same hotel. While the staff did change my room, the lack of a proper solution or compensation after encountering bed bugs multiple times was extremely frustrating and concerning. Bed bugs are a serious health and cleanliness issue, and I expected the hotel to take stronger responsibility. I would strongly caution future guests, particularly those planning extended stays, to be aware of this experience before booking.

La ubicación, muy privilegiada, pero el servicio, la atención, todo el personal es más que excelente. Es la quinta vez que me quedo aquí y siempre será mi opción. Muchas felicidades por el GRAN SERVICIO!

El hotel en general es viejo, pero cumple y lo malo es que si llevas camioneta grande no puedes dejarlo en el hotel y te mandan a un estacionamiento a cuadra y media

La amabilidad del personal

Estuvo bien, fue complicado el estacionamiento

La recepcionista del turno matutino fue muy amable en dejarnos pasar a la habitación horas antes de la hora acordada para el check-in, todo el personal fue muy cortés. El único inconveniente que encontré es que al no estar ventiladas, las habitaciones tienen un olor un poco desagradable.
