Staff was very friendly

Just outstanding! Perfect beach, very nice pool, live music, food was excellent. Clean and well maintained property, modern boho style. Service was excellent. Got upgraded to ocean view and had champaigne and some delicious cookies waiting for us in the room. No noise in the a.m. fron housekepping like in most other places. Plenty of good healthy food options if you need it. Deserts were really delicious -something we don't see much in most all inclusives in Mexico. We'll be back.

We had high expectations for this property as we stayed in the Hyatt zilara on the strip in Cancun during Covid and had a lovely time. At this location there are only 3 restaurants. The buffet for dinner was below average and for breakfast it was “ok.” We felt like the staff wasn’t as attentive. Very hard to get a cup of coffee in the morning at the breakfast buffet and getting drinks at the pool restaurant was also tough. Drinks are quite terrible. My husband was drinking and he couldn’t taste even a little bit of alcohol and I was pregnant and the mocktails were just pure sugar and not very tasty. The pina coladas tasted like bubble gum soap. I couldn’t drink it. The best part was the coffee bar. There was a morning barista and night barista. Both ladies were lovely and so sweet. One made amazing designs with the foam for cappuccinos. We ended up leaving this location early due to a promotion we received by going on a marketing presentation. Overall will not be coming back to this Hyatt location.

We absolutely loved this resort. The staff was so wonderful and friendly, food was great as well. Only thing we recommend is a revamp on the DJ set up. The music was definitely only catered to the 50 crowd.

Sería muy conveniente para losa huéspedes que tuvieran más palapas disponibles en la playa. Hay mucho espacio, y muy pocas palapas para tantos huéspedes. O que no permitan apartar.

I went to trip on March 9th 25 to March 12th I haven’t received refund $500 from this resort. That was charged as holding fee. Once refund is completed, I will go ahead and provide an excellent review..

The stay was amazing didn’t want to leave will definitely be back

Expérience 10/10! Nous souhaitions des vacances reposantes, gourmandes et ensoleillées – c’est exactement ce que nous avons eu. L’accueil a été incroyable dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est tout simplement fabuleux. Nous avons été pris en charge par Denisse qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Toutes les commodités ont surpassé nos attentes. Le buffet incroyable et frais… et que dire des autres restaurants. Super belle plage à proximité. Bref, il s’agit d’un petit resort parfait pour la tranquillité et relaxer. Nous ne voulions pas partir et on songe même à y retourner. Ceux qui écrivent des commentaires négatifs se plaignent pour rien! On le recommande fortement!

Place was nice and low key. It has activities to do throughout the day. Just make sure to scan the QR code and check it out. There are a good variety of food option but I got sick of it after day 3 of 6 days there. Coffee shop does offer good coffee. The mocha frappe with extra shot or 2 of expresso did it for me. The heated pretzel was a good snack to take to the pool too. The staff are overall nice and friendly. The even crew aren’t as nice and friendly like the ones during the day. There was always a spot by the pool and the beach. We did wake up @7ish to save a spot if you wanted one close to the pool or a covered area at the beach. Keep in mind the spot at the beach further to the right on the beach, you will not have WiFi reach there. Room service is always quick and attentive.

We stayed entirely within the resort. Staff superb. Beach and pool were excellent as was our room. Food was inconsistent. Breakfasts were great. Lunch time service and cook outs very good. Dinners, however, were mostly very average. But no easy access to town or its restaurants.

Our room was next to consturction, so it was very loud. I called room service to get a bottle of champagne, they transferred me and hung up, when I called the operator, no one picked up. The VIP coupons were spread out across mutlipule areas and were not a benefit or helpful. Property was outdated and needed a lot of repairs.

The staff were absolutely amazing and we had the best time staying here!

excellent resort, spacious rooms, very clean, friendly staff, large beach area with fine white sand, completely smoke free, nice café with huge choice of beverages and snacks/cakes

Only problem with this property is if you order a black Russian, which is Kahlúa and vodka and if they are out of Kahlúa, they try to give you some coffee Lecure and pretend it’s Kahlúa. I prefer if they just said they did not have Kahlúa and I could choose a different drink
