Recomiendo demasiado este hotel, es un hotel q hicieron en medio de selva, conservaron muy bien la naturaleza. Mitad del hotel esta encima de rios y cascadas lo que hace que no haga tanto calor. Hay animales en todos lados, que son tranquilos y no hacen nada. Comida esta muy rica,muchas opciones. Sobre todo las personas que trabajan son muy bien capacitadas y muy amables.

One of the best beaches on the beach! Food is good everyone found something to eat the Japanese and Italian restaurants were excellent! We were always able to find chairs by the beach and pool.

The property was great. The was where we spent most of our time, but the beach was great too. Just a little rough for us old folks. Only complaint is more outlets in the rooms. The staff was fabulous. I understand it will be going through a remodel this spring. I hope they are able to retain the staff because they were the best.

Room was good the food was good staff was very good. Negatives for me were all bar stools have no high backs and n lounges were a bit uncomfortable and the monkeys we thought we would see around the resort were caged up nothing loose around the resort. Also the sports bar was closed during our stay however the beach and food made our stay worthwhile

Delightful animals - including white peacock - roaming freely in natural habitat. Clean room and public spaces. Quality spa, which also offers massage services at beach or in jungle. Buffet and special restaurants offered wide variety of options. Christmas dinner was extraordinary!!!

Amazing lush greenery, gentle animals roaming on grounds, great food/buffets, lovely beach and pools.

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. However, we discovered very small ants on the desk and on the wall. They were harmless but unpleasant.

The hotel is terrible. I would never go back. Check-in is at 3 o'clock. We arrived at 2:30 they told us to have lunch and come back at 3 o'clock because the room wasn't ready. Then they started offering us excursions or a massage for $150. When you refuse they are not very happy and put you in a nasty room. They checked us in at 4 o'clock. We are with a small child who didn't stop crying. The room smells of mold. It's all dusty. There are two bedside lamps but one doesn't work. The bathroom is old. For the first time I've seen a cement bed and a mattress on top. The view from the terrace was... better not to go out 😀 Luckily for us, we also had a scorpion in the room next to my child. They said it was normal because we were in the jungle… But my opinion is that the room should be safe for their guests ..The Italian and Chinese restaurants are by reservation. You can visit them once. The food in the restaurant was good. The waiters and bartenders were on a level. You have to go to the beach at 7 o'clock to reserve a sunbed, if you don't get up early you will be sitting on the sand 😀 The beer is draft, no bottles. Mineral water is a mirage.. This is the worst money I spent on vacation! I don't recommend it even to my enemies!!!

Esta reservación fue para mis papás. Quedaron encantados, las habitaciones iluminadas y muy limpias. La comida de los restaurantes muy rica. Un servicio excelente de parte de todo el personal; temían que por ser de turismo nacional, no los trataran bien, pero quedaron contentísimos porque el personal da un excelente trato a todos por igual ❤️ Las instalaciones les encantaron muchísimo ❤️

Si todavía bien yo tengo un hijo con condición especial, autismo y la propiedad me atendió y me apoyó completamente con las necesidades que mi hijo necesita tanto la alimentación por el Chef a Apolonio el mesero Alejandro, el mesero Isaac, el mesero Damián, el Personal que cuida a los niños, hicieron la inclusión para que mi niño estuviera con ellos pues muy agradecido con todo el personal del Hotel

Spa was wonderful,staff.

Our room was close to the beach and the pool making quick trips to the room convenient . The staff was always pleasant and easy to talk to. The entertainment staff was outstanding during the week however on the weekend things to do were hard to find. I found the continuing run of the same video a bit tedious. Although the restaurant foods were quite tasty the buffet seemed to be a repeat each meal of the same things. All in all we enjoyed our stay. We have been going to this same hotel for 20 years so we would notice how things have changed over time.

I like the jungle setting and all the different animals. The staff was very nice. The jazuzzi needs to have an age limit posted. It was used as a childrens swimming pool with an averaga of 8 kids under 10 in it most of the time. There is no pool side service. The bar near the pool is open but the line is long. What was most disappointing was the "$300 resort credit". The credit part is very misleading and can only be used after you spend $100 and you then can use the money in increments of $25 as a voucher.
