Staff was very accommodating as I arrived very late and they made sure I was welcomed. The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent. Thanks, Mr W!

The property itself is an a fantastic, excellent location that above all was everything. There were a couple of moments where we had some small little hiccups like the biggest one was our bed was broken. The maintenance did take care of it, but we weren’t able to go to sleep until at least nine 930 on the first day and I was pretty exhausted and the day that we had our cleaning service which occurs on the fifth day they unplugged our water heater, which meant that we took cold showers until we realize that the water heater wasn’t working and that it was unplugged but overall, I would definitely recommend this property. I would say the apartment that we had the living room didn’t have the most comfortable furniture so there was no place to really rest or hang out aside from the bed so I wish that in the living room itself there was some sort of comfortable couch, lounging area, but above all location, location, location excellent location.

Astrid host was a ghost - never met or saw her, but the gent at the front desk was nice. Not enough towels in room, no heater in room - gent provided a small space heater, so at least I could warm my bedroom. Kitchen was not fully equipped - coffee grounds were provided, but no filters for the coffee maker.

Kitchen was equipped with everything! The apartment is very beautifully decorated and designed. Comfortable bed! 7/11 close by for water, medications,etc. God pizza shop close by. Windows are beautiful but very thin. You can hear lots of noise from outside, cars, construction, etc.

El único tema es que si se escucha mucho lo que sucede fuera del departamento. Uno de los vecinos desde las 7 am estaba escuchando Música, se escuchaba todo. Hasta una vecina fue a tocarle y pedirle que se escuchaba muy fuerte, la vecina azotó la puerta. Y todo eso se escuchaba casi adentro de la habitación Las puertas muy delgadas ya se escucha mucho. Pero en general todo excelente

Todo excelente solo al bañarse se acaba muy rápido el agua caliente, pero debe de ser cualquier cosa. Excelente regresaría!!

We were two friends and stayed at Mr. W Laredo for 4 nights in the Laguilla apartment. We highly recommend. The property : very secure with someone on site 24/7. The flat was super clean and decorated as per the photos. Both bedrooms are confortable with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite; Bedroom 2 is not ensuite and its sink faces Bedroom 1's door (so less intimacy - for us it was not an issue). Shower pressure was good in both. Great shampoo provided! We loved the bathrobes, they were comfy and clean. There is no AC but there are plenty of fans in both bedrooms. We didn't use the kitchen but it is well equipped. Be mindful that this is typical architecture with inside courtyard so we do hear echo noises from other flats or the staff, but we found it endearing and not at all impacted our enjoyment of the flat. At night with the rain sounds, we felt at an ASMR spa :) The host manager : Veronica was available at our fingertips with WhatsApp, very responsive and professionnal. We arranged transport for airport easily and a fair price. The area : perfect for exploring Condesa and Roma Norte by foot. Small quiet residential street. Many many options for food and shops. Beautiful parks - a must for morning jog! For anywhere else, we used Uber.

This was a fantastic spot for lodging in La Condesa. Everything was perfect from location, apt amenities, (I stayed in a standard one bedroom), the friendliness and customer service given by Olga, Antonio and Marco! Place is well taken care of and clean. When a small adjustment was needed to water temperature, Antonio took care of it fast!! I can wait to return to Laredo by Mr W to enjoy a LONGER stay! I loved my little apt, thank you Marco!!

Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. Antonio and Ola were absolutely wonderful—attentive, responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful during our time on the property. The space itself was gorgeous, with a stunning rooftop that looked exactly like the pictures. The location was also a big plus: very walkable, close to many attractions, quiet, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. However, we faced a lot of frustrating issues. The water and plumbing were consistently unreliable, lights wouldn’t work, and we often had to go out of our way to try and fix things when Antonio wasn’t on-site. While Marco (the host) was polite, he was extremely unresponsive, unapologetic about the ongoing problems, and unhelpful when we requested a refund. Despite the beautiful property and its potential, these repeated issues and lack of accountability from the host make it hard for us to consider returning for an extended stay.
