Tuvimos una estancia increíble en Las Palmas! Las villas son amplias, frescas y llenas de luz natural, perfectas para relajarse. Éramos una familia de seis adultos y un niño, y el espacio fue ideal para que todos estuviéramos cómodos. El servicio de limpieza pasaba todos los días y mantenía todo impecable y bien equipado con lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación es preciosa — muy privada, tranquila y cerca del aeropuerto.
Nos encantó escuchar el sonido del mar, nadar en la alberca incluso bajo la lluvia y disfrutar de las noches de películas en la sala. Los juegos de mesa también fueron un gran detalle para pasar el tiempo. Además, reservamos un masaje privado en la villa a través de One Element, ¡fue una experiencia increíble y súper cómoda!
El restaurante en el lugar fue otro de los grandes momentos de nuestra estancia. El Chef Nelson y su equipo son unos verdaderos expertos — la presentación de los platillos fue hermosa, la comida súper fresca y deliciosísima. Toda la experiencia fue digna de 5 estrellas. El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades.
Es un lugar perfecto para familias o grupos que buscan comodidad, privacidad y excelente servicio. Sin duda queremos regresar — ¡altamente recomendado!

We spent 12 nights at las palmas. It was our first time to Zihuatenejo and we weren’t disappointed with our choice.
The room was as advertised and was cleaned for us daily so was always nice and clean and had a change of towels and linens regularly.
Management were friendly and attentive when we needed anything.
The restaurant was convenient but we like to cook our own meals so didn’t use it too much but was nice to be able to order drinks on the beach and the couple times we did eat the the food was good.
There were great grocery stores in Zihuatenejo, we rented our own car so could tour around on our own. We always felt safe and had our two teenage kids with us.
We did explore some of the dining options along playa Blanca which were always great and well priced. The beach at las Palmas isn’t great for swimming but is beautiful and quiet. Great for long walks, flying a kite or lounging in the beach loungers. You can drive to Barra de petosi and that beach is great for swimming and the lagoon is calm and shallow. We rented kayaks one day and explored the mangroves which was really fun. The town of Zihuatenejo was probably our favourite Mexican tourist town we have been to. People were really friendly and didn’t get hassled at all. Prices were reasonable and great restaurants to choose from.
We also took a drive up to Troncones which was really nice and recommend for a day trip.
Very happy we stayed at Las Palmas, keep in mind it’s very quiet here & away from crowds

This place is really beautiful and well designed. Unfortunately we had issues with our suite. Many of the doors didn’t seal properly leaving sometimes a 1 inch gap to the outside. This led to many mosquitoes getting in the room and biting us while we tried to sleep. If you are worried about dengue or sika don’t come here because there is no way to keep mosquitoes out and no mosquito net on the bed. We told maintenance and they gave us raid and a mosquito racquet but didn’t really fix the issue. We had to buy tape and tape the gaps every night to help this issue. Sometime we killed up to 30 nosotros in the middle of the night. Also there were some maintenance issues we told them about but they also didn’t fix them. Shower head was broken and sink was clogged. Otherwise this place is paradise.

The entire staff was excellent!! We wanted a very quiet low key time in Zihuatenejo and that's exactly what we got. The property is beautiful with views and sunsets extraordinaire! The food at the one restaurant was exceptional. We will definetly be back

Beware of taxis. They over charge. Don't get in one without determining price.

We had a terrific stay at Las Palmas. The property is pretty far out of town so there are no crowds on the beach, in fact hardly anyone at all. Las Palmas was not fully booked the week we were there but I think it would still be relatively quiet and not crowded at the two pools or at the palapas on the beach even if it were. The Restaurant, Cantinita de Zihuatenajo was excellent. Fresh fish and produce with friendly and attentive service. If booking through Expedia, it tells you to contact at least 24 Hours in advance if you need late checkin. I tried several days in advance and didn’t hear which made me nervous. The night before departure, Carlos Lopez contacted us via what’s app and he was super helpful. He arranged airport transfer, stayed late to let us in and show us around and then booked a taxi into town later that week.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to someone looking for peace and quiet with good food and service.

El lugar es espectacular. El diseño de las habitaciones, la belleza de la playa, la atención del personal, todos inmejorables.
Hay que considerar que el lugar está alejado de tiendas y servicios. Si bien el restaurante en la propiedad da una atención excepcional, el acceso a tiendas/otros restaurantes es limitado.
Uno de los mejores lugares que he visitado para escapar de la ciudad y tener un momento tranquilo. Excepcional.

The only drawback is that the beach is not swimmable because of riptides. The property is 10 miles from the town of Zihuatanejo, so a taci to town is necessary for restaurants or shopping. Perfect “do-nothing” spot.

the beach was impeccable and right in front of the property. on the pacific, so rough surf and had constant undertow because of the big rocks off shore creating current close to shore. close to tortoise sanctuary, eco park, airport (but not noisy). short cab ride into Zihua.

We loved the Villas from the beginning & the people that work there are so friendly & nice. A fruit/vegetable truck sometimes comes so you can get everything fresh!!
We loved the privacy but the thing we loved the most was one of the waiters in the restaurant (Raymundo) he was an angel & made sure we had the best service & he’s honestly the reason we’ll be back soon! He cooks amazing food but our favorite was the flamed shrimps & the flamed bananas!!
Overall our stay was exactly what we expected & we definitely recommend it.

Our villa was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The beach and view is amazing. It is quiet and relaxing while being just a short and easy drive to all the activities in Zihuatanejo.
