Toilet not work & use Bucket of to flush toilet & Sliding Door was hard to open & could not use regular TV & Shower was leaking bad & the breakfast included was 10 Block away & tnhe free that i paid for my birthday this place was not worth that i paid I would like a refund for this place also ilI had be low key hard to another place to stay I rate this Place (F) theonly was good American was good rate (A)

Great place to stay, the location is amazing because everything is so close. The only thing the next door bar Musi is very loud, but we contact the staff and they were really nice and helpful moving us to different room. Was much better. Thanks again for your help !

Very loud music was the main problem.There was a nightclub next door which played music until after 3am. It felt like a disco in the apartment. They advertise access to a pool. There was none. They also offered breakfast. This was a 15 min walk away and included coffee and cold toast. Anything else you have to pay for. The appt was dated. I dont know who would give this accommodation 10.

The property was centrally located on 5th Av. and the person managing the property was very helpful. However, the noise level was unbearable! The property is adjacent to a night cloud and the noise level is so high that the windows vibrate. There is no insulation, so it is like you were in the nightclub. The noise goes until past 3am, so it is impossible to sleep even using ear plugs. The property is old and poorly clean. There was thick dust over the fridge and other furniture. The towels were extremely old and the bed sheets were stained. There was no toilet lid. The whole place needs some serious renovations. In its current state, it is unacceptable as a place to stay.

vergüenza deben de tener de ofrecer algo en una página wet y no ser así, despues de cobrar y encontrarte una habitación marginal con cucarachas en la zona de cocina 2 discotecas justo a tu lado de una sola ventana lo único que te pueden decir es que pagues un hotel aparte en ese mismo mometos

Le déjeuner inclus des toast et du café et se trouve à 15 minutes de marche de l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas de piscine extérieure ni de place sur la plage. Nous n’avions pas de four ni de cafetière. Très peu d’ustensiles et de vaisselles avec un seul chaudron. Le bruit naturel du secteurs est acceptable, mais la boîte de nuit collée à la chambre est intolérable de minuit à 3AM. Les lits sont des lits jumeaux et non des grands lits. (Aucune couverture n’est fournies contrairement aux photos) Les matelas sont tâchés ont des ressorts brisés qui nous blesse ou occasionnent de gros trous dans les matelas. Il n’y a pas de casier ou autre emplacement pour les bagages ou vos sac-à-dos, il y a seulement des chambres qui barrent à clé. Aucun accueil, ni sécurité. Les locataires laissent la porte de l’hôtel débarrée et des gens sont même entré durant la nuit pour cognier à notre porte violemment et en criant. La toilette et la douche étaient semi-utilisables et mal entretenus. Le prix est beaucoup trop chers pour ce que l’hôtel vous offre. Je déconseille fortement aux familles, mais peu convenir aux fêtards. Seul point positif: emplacement près de la station de bus Ado et de la plage.

The place is next to the bar that plays music until 2 am. The speaker is next to the room. We could feel the vibrations of the music. We have a child. It was impossible to sleep. At midnight we left and found a different place to stay. Not recommended unless you are out all night

No es como está en las fotos y la cama está súper dura la vdd no descansamos nada no dejaron clave de internet la vdd solo lo usamos para dormir como 5 hrs por que nuestro vuelo llegó casi de madrugada. No lo recomiendo, ahí otros en la misma quinta avenida por el mismo costo y están mucho mejor

Entspricht nicht dem, was angeboten wurde. Das Interkontinentale Frühstück besteht aus Kaffee, Toast, Butter und Marmelade. Alles weitere muss teuer betahlt werden. Dafür musste man einen halben Kilometer in ein anderes Hotel laufen. Der Wasserdruck ist so schwach, dass das Duschen zu einer Torture wurde. Die Toiletenspühlung funtionierte nur, wenn direkt nach dem Spühlen an den Spühlkasten gehauen hat und ca 10 min wartete bis der Kasten wieder voll war. Einen Tag lang hatten wir gar kein Wasser und unsere Nachrichten an die Unterkunft wurden einfach ignoriert. Die Küchenutensilien bestehen aus 2 Teller, 2 verschiedene Gläser paar Messer, einen Topf und einem kaputten Messbecher. Toilettenpapier war Mangelware und musste erbettelt werden. Die > 500 Mbit Internet hatten vielleicht paar Kbit und war von vielen Ausfällen geprägt. Mit Kabelanschluss im TV meinte man wohl das Stromkabel, was ihn nutzlos machte. Es war zwar ein Smart TV, aber die Internetleitung reichte nicht für einen Stream aus. Der Zustand würde ich als heruntergekommen beschreiben.

WORST PLACE EVER THE PLATFORM ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PROTECTION EITHER We arrived quite late from the cancun airport. The place is NOTHING like what’s advertised. We had the large/lux room with 3 beds. The place is not only rundown to the point that I would not call it habitable. The mattresses were paper thin, no pillows, no blankets , wet towels which smaller like mould. The fridge was absolutely disgusting I complained to hotels.com and to the property manager. The manager said to just check out the next day and they’d refund us. So we did. THEN they told hotels.com that they would not refund us. I tried every avenue with hotels.com and provided copy of the WRITTEN chat with the property manager on WhatsApp and even then they would not step in and refund us. We we were lied into returning the keys but also had to pay for the next 5 days. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of protection hotels.com offered. The place is absolutely gross. I provided all the photos of the place and even had photos of my daughters sleeping on the floor with wet towels. We arrived at 1 am so we had to suck it up for one night but this is a horrible place. Stay or book at your own risk!

Las habitaciones son bonitas, y la atención es muy buena, solo que en la publicación decía que contaba con alberca y no contaba con alberca, y las camas son un poquito incómodas.
