Las áreas comunes y habitaciones están en perfecto estado de mantenimiento. A las habitaciones les vendría bien una remodelación. La comida es buena, pero tuvimos una cena incómoda donde el servicio tomó mucho tiempo y se sirvieron al mismo tiempo entradas y platos fuertes, además hubo omisiones en la orden. Nos resultó incómodo como te abordan a la llegada para hacer venta, es invasivo y nunca nadie pregunta si nos interesa o no. De verdad deben de ver cómo llegar a sus clientes potenciales sin molestar a todos (y lo digo con todo el respeto para quienes se ganan la vida con ello).

The resort emphasizes eco-friendliness, meaning there are no bottled waters provided—even for young children. Additionally, there is no buffet service available; all meals must be ordered at the table, resulting in lengthy waits, often exceeding an hour, especially for dinner. Dinner service begins at 6:30 PM, which can be inconveniently late for families with little ones. Room service consistently quoted delivery times of 30-40 minutes, yet frequently exceeded one hour. Service quality from the staff was inconsistent; while some team members provided excellent care, others were disappointingly inadequate. Our stay was further complicated by a lizard in the room that staff were unable to remove. A convenient feature was the ability to order essentials such as water, snacks, and juice boxes via Uber, which were promptly delivered to our room by the bell staff. The onsite store is well-stocked, and the staff there were consistently attentive and helpful. Overall, both service and food quality have notably declined since my previous visits. While there were some positives, I would consider returning only if no other suitable options were available.

Excellent customer service. Very good food choices. Concierge services are beyond outstanding ( thank you, Saul). We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free visit. Great value for the price.

The staff seemed like they did not wanted to work

Friendly staff, good food, very clean, and great customer service.

Very different from your usual all inclusive resorts. Do your research. Lots of strict rules. No taking food to go. No buffet. Sit down restaurants only. Annoying sales pitch at check in. Questions like "What do you do for a living"? No getting room key till you get through the pitch. No bottled water anywhere. Have to pay extra for bottled water... Room service is 10% charge. Tough with little kids with no buffet. Asked for ice cream to go at the restaurant by the pool, not allowed. Have to sit down to eat. Ice cream only after 1 pm... No more towels by the beach and infinity pool. They give you some kind of thin blankets to lie on.

Highly recommend the Marvial Residences. This was our fourth time going and it never disappoints. The staff is all so friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent.

If you are tired of crowed resorts , Marival Distinct is highly recommended. Restaurant bookings are not necessary and always plenty of sun beds ready for you.

Positives: Accommodated our large family (4 kids) Good for relaxing vacation Food quality was decent Water in pools was comfortable Room service option was great when needed Towel service (number of towels, availability of towels was amazing) Ambience was great Hotel is not crowded, it was busy in areas when we wanted to be around people and always easy to find a quiet area Bathrooms (public) were nice and always clean Negatives: Charged for missing all inclusive braclets as we were grabbing taxi to airport ($65 USD per rope Braclet!). I’d suggest taking them off at the beginning of the trip, and having them ready for checkout. No one asked for them, they’re scratchy rope braclets. All food options were menu order-nothing quick. Having snack options, especially with kids, would have been great Entertainment was at the other resort, and didn’t start until 9pm. order accuracy was poor at the beach club, we waited almost 3 hours the one night we ate supper there, and didn’t get the food. The check in process sucked. Two hours waiting for two people to run us through the hotel process, and try to convince us to do a time share presentation. The activities (sales) desk were obviously conflicted (incentivized). They were the first people you saw on/off the elevator. And any questions would lead to sales pitches on time share purchase.

Great food, service, beach and pools.

All the staff made us feel welcomed and were all friendly. They really catered to all of our wants. Would definitely return.

Check in took over 2 hours. We got a room only at 4:30pm At dinner food took over an hour to come and it was cold!!! It was my 3rd stay and service dropped from 5 starts to 2. Never ever

Everything was just great. Will definitely come back.

Best all inclusive I have stayed at.

The only downside was the dining.Some nights food was cold and other nights waiting for a table was over a 1hour .Maybe a good idea would be a buffet so people with small children have another option and they do not have a long wait for food .

Unbelievably clean grounds. Beautiful landscaping. Could always find a lounge chair at pool or beach. Very friendly staff that remembered us and made it feel like home. Walking along the beach, the other resorts nearby aren’t as well kept or luxurious. Wish they had 1-2 more restaurant options.

We loved our stay. Accommodations were awesome, staff was great, and the food/drinks were exceptional!
