Tijuana Marriott Hotel

El recibidor y lobby está en buenas condiciones. Los pasillos de los cuartos y el cuarto que me tocó están viejos, alfombras viejas, muebles viejos, aire acondicionado con ruido. Comida de servicio al cuarto, más o menos. Buffet de desayuno, bueno. El trato y atención de la gente, muy bueno. Había pósters de que están renovando cuartos, a lo mejor ya con eso queda bien.

Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. Terrible food. Don’t stay here.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. They even include 2 water bottles for your convenience.The bar has great service… But there is no pool service so you have to walk across the restaurant to the bar to order food and drinks. So that’s inconvenient especially with kids.

Overall, my experience was decent. I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast or visit the bar, but from what I saw, the hotel felt outdated—from the lobby to the guest rooms. That said, my room was spotless and exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. I believe this property has a lot of potential to become one of the best hotels in Tijuana. The service was exceptional, but the hotel could really benefit from a full renovation and additional amenities to better compete with other hotels in the area. Given its prime location in one of the best parts of Tijuana, it has the opportunity to be a standout destination with the right updates.

Overall, my stay was pretty underwhelming. The lobby is surprisingly small, and the rooms were clean but very basic and nothing special. The pool layout is also odd—you have to walk through the middle of the restaurant to get to it, and there aren't any restrooms nearby. Let's just say that design choice doesn't exactly inspire confidence about what's ending up in the pool. Another issue was the overpowering automatic air freshener in the lobby, especially in the restrooms. The fragrance was so strong that I either had to hold my breath or go back up to my room to use the bathroom because it was unbearable. For a Marriott, I expected a much better overall experience.

Nice comfortable and professional place. Would happily bring my family here or stay by myself.

El hotel está bien, el personal es amable y hay buena atención, solo creo que hace falta actualizar algunas áreas y algo de mantenimiento, en nuestra habitación había un olor desagradable cuando se abría la llave del lavabo. Fuera de eso la habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa y la comida del restaurante fue buena.

el personal poco atento, estaban todos atentos a la seleccion de Iran

The woman in Charlie of the restaurant was more like those TJ cops looking at you to charge you a mordoda a fine they ask me 4 times my rooom number my name keeps looking at us when I had pay in advance for breakfast never say hello welcome look like warden wearing all black no smile and waitresses drop the milk on me never came to offer coffee just the other tables is ok never coming back and over priced the room for 2 queen beds got full charge me $80 dollars extra.

Heavy construction noise on the first floor that was very loud during the day !! While in our room on the 3 floor was loud other that that hotel was super clean like that the room had hard wood floors no carpet and the shower and restrooms where super clean

We anticipated arriving to Tijuana 1 hour earlier than the check-in time so we decided to go let the staff know we were there and to let us know when the room would be ready. To our surprise, the lovely staff told us we could go to our room right then. We were extremely excited due the fact that we had just traveled 5 hours on the train. After settling into the room, we decided to check out the pool. It did not disappoint, it was clean and refreshing! We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!
