El lugar estaba muy limpio,Nelson nos recibió y nos brindó toda la atención y se portó excelente con nosotros,nos hizo muchas recomendaciones de los lugares que podíamos visitar durante nuestra estancia en Mérida, nos hizo sentir como en casa,personalmente disfruté mucho el tiempo que estuve ahí,definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en Mi Ca-Sa

This boutique is a block or so from Paseo de Montejo. My favorite street in Merida. GREAT location. Walkable to everything. Tons of restaurants. Nelson, the manager, was so welcoming, hospitable, helpful, thorough and highly communicative. It’s a lovely, quirky layout that worked perfectly for me. Definitely one of my favorite places now. I look forward to coming back!

Great location. Easy to get around the city. Nelson was a great host and helped me with several things. He really cared about his guests. I would look to stay here first on another trip.

Excellent host, most considerate and kind person who goes above and beyond to make me feel at home, safe and secure. Excellent communication in a timely manner always on display and the area is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place.

Room was excellent - it had all we required. A comfortable seat/sofa in the bedroom would have been better. There is a large courtyard, but it had a large dining table & chairs - perhaps some comfy chairs/beds would be better. Host very attentive. Location is excellent

Wonderful stay in this property, very good cleaning and disinfection protocol, magnificent location, close to shops and historic places. But above all these things we have received the best customer service ever from the Manager, Mr. Nelson Caballero with whom we maintained fluid and daily communication! We definitely recommend Mi-Casa en Merida to all Expedia customers!

Location- 1.5 block from Paseo Monteja. Quiet and safe. No taxis around, used Uber, usually had to wait more than 10 minutes. Jason, the manager was very thorough, provided what I had requsted. Bed and pillows comfortable.

We initially booked a week, but extended another 4 nights. The apartment itself was somewhat small for a 2 bedroom. The bedrooms were a good size, but the bathroom and kitchen/dining area was a bit on the small side. It was nice having two bedrooms with a desk for each of us to use though. There was also an outside area just outside of our apartment that was nice to sit at with other guests. Nelson, who runs everything, is fantastic and genuinely wants to make sure you have a comfortable stay. If there is anything you need or want to make your stay a bit better he's always willing to help. We also made use of the free bicycles on offer a couple of times. Mi Ca'Sa En Merida is very good value, especially considering the location... very easy to walk to many different parts of Merida. Nelson will make sure you are well taken care of during your stay.

We were a little concerned when the property manager was not there when we showed up but he showed up eventually. The property itself is modest but clean and well kept. The downtown is easily accessible with many places to eat and see. The traffic outside can be a bit rough at times but we slept well enough.
