En general el apartamento es comodo y con los servicios necesarios para recorrer los sitios de interes por la riviera Los sitios mas conocidos te quedan cerca, pero necesitaras un auto para recorrerlos, puedes incluso considerar ir a Chichanitza, Tulum, Holbox, etc si cuentas con suficiente tiempo Hay una ruta de cenotes que esta muy cerca, y es maravillosa En general te recomendaria que consideres un auto para poder movilizarte y llegar al departamente a descansar.

We stayed 2 nights in this apartment. It was very clean, recently updated, and well-equipped. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building with 12 such units in a group of about 40 of these buildings. Most units are long-term housing for locals. The owner was **very** responsive before and during our stay via WhatsApp. He provided all of the needed information in advance including directions (with pictures which was helpful since street signs are not always present in Mexico), keybox code, parking space #, WiFi password, etc. Kitchen was quite well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, stove, fridge, pots, pans, silverware, and extensive utensils. A/C units were new and effective, and there were also a couple of fans which was nice. This unit is located in a working class area of Puerto Morales, about 4 km from the main square, pier, and tourist hotels. The neighborhood could be a bit disconcerting to some people (again, it's not in a typically tourist-focused area) but the locals greeted us and we never felt unsafe. I can't speak to the "typical" noise level as we were there over New Year's Eve so there were fireworks, etc. A couple of cons: hot water only in the shower (not at sinks); the double bed mattress could be better and made quite a bit of noise whenever occupants moved. It had an attractive price point and we'd stay again.

An Excellent location of stay, with a very clean and wonderful decorations all around! 5/5 stars I would recommend.
