Awesome room just the ac we could not make it heat up the room so it was freezing jaja

El hotel es relativamente nuevo su decoración moderna y se encontraba limpio y el personal fue amable, si embargo por lo único que no le doy las 5 estrellas es por que al usar el jacuzzi emitía un olor a drenaje demasiado incómodo y duro durante la noche, lo reporte y lo que ofrecían era poner aromatizante que de verdad solo mezclaba los olores y era peor.

When you arrive smells like eggs outside , then you don’t have keys for the room , then every time you try to get out the staff wants to come in to see if you stole something I remind you we got this stay because I have a dog so nobody wanna accept us with a puppy , so every time we go to eat or do a errand we have to bring out suitcase with us because felt uncomfortable leaving my stuff there with this people , plus when we check out they don’t let you leave with out checking the room is all “Good” the. They told us we burn a freaking couch we don’t even smoke . Worst place to stay don’t recommend you staying here was horrible experience will never ever stay and a motel just because of this

Clean room, shops near by.

I would find somewhere else. This is a love motel. They rent out the rooms for hours for people to get busy and get out. They "lost" my reservation as well and it was a pain to get back into the room grab my stuff. I paid for a night. 100 bucks. Not worth it.

Had a problem with staff but was resolved, definitely not recomended for family, it's a Hotel exclusively for adults, tv porn stations that is a nono, booklet containing sex toys for sale. That also is considered a nono if the hotel is advertising family friendly hotel can get in legal trouble.

Lo único que en emi estadía 3 veces me llamaron para decirme que se me había vencido mi habitación,siendo que tenía reservación para 5 días , es un poco molesto que te estén llamando,cuando ya reservaste x varios días.

I like the concept. But not so much that they have an hourly rate as well as that they sell sex toys. And not so much for the trek up the stairs from the garage with our luggage. Have Drive-thru check in only. Can't see the person checking u in thru the smoked glass. Do not speak English. Advertise Smoke Free Property but an ashtray available outside our door. They issue No Key to the room door. You arrive and find the door ajar. Once door is locked for you to go out, you then have to call for someone to come to unlock the door to get back in. No closet or bureau to unpack into or even a luggage rack. They Ad that there is a restaurant on-site. But actually they only have room service. But then there is no dining table in your room and only lounge chairs, so eating would be rather difficult. Maid service move about in the space between rooms. Their voices carry/echo up the space and into the room via the bathroom window and hallway. Don't believe I'd do this one again... Keep in mind that Motel Cies means Motel 6.
