These people run a scam, they let you reserve a room with a king size bed, what you get is a smaller bed, of course the moment you come into the room you have to go back to say there is a mistake, and the answer you get back is: there are no rooms with king size beds in the whole building. So it’s a scam. Second, they give you a “suite”, which is build in a terrace, so the elevators don’t go there. You must walk the safety stairs to get there, just to find there are 2 suites in the middle of a gym and a “co-working area” (4 desks), with just glass doors between you and strangers and they tell, you can lower the curtains for privacy, it’s the most unprivate & unsafe room in a “hotel” we’ve ever been. At least we got a “proper” room, but never the king size bed we had reserved. You can hear everything, the walls are paper thin. It’s a multipurpose building, not a hotel. The hot water will be enough for 1 person, not for 2. The lightning inside the room is bad, very dark at nights. And pity for hotels.com that they cannot do anything to cancel and get your money back, once we found out they give out king size bed reservations not having one king size bed at all. Read the small letters. There is a 35-40 dollar extra fee for cleaning, Which irritates you more as all the towels and bed sheets have yellow stains, the furniture is dusty, and you cannot tell straight away, but I cleaned the floor with a napkin to pick up something I dropped and it’s black full in dust.

Pésima administración, el check in duró una eternidad, nos querían cobrar doble, nos dieron una habitación distinta a la reservada, no había recepción en la noche, te despiertan a las 8 para recordarte el check out…

Te quieren hacer un cargo adicional de limpieza a pesar de haber pagado ya un cargo de limpieza en la app. La llegada y salida fue lenta. No hay personal fijo en la noche.y en recepción a veces no hay personal.

Modern and clean apartments/loft.

El loft está muy lindo y tiene todo lo necesario. Son muy amables y siempre están atentos a lo que necesites.

Todo me agradó . Solo que deberían de tener una parrilla para cocinar con más potencia ya que tardaban mucho en cocinar los alimentos pero de ahí …. Todo muy bien

Ls instalaciones estan muy modernas, bien cuidadas y muy bonitas. El unico detalle es que las paredes entre habitaciones son tabla roca y se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido de los demas y con mucho eco.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place is located in a very convenient area.The staff is very kind. The space was clean, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bed is very comfortable. The lights are not bright enough, but the room has enough sunlight during the day. The gym is very spacious, although they only have dumbbells, an elliptical machine, a bench, and an indoor bike which doesn't turn on. I recommend this place, and if I have the opportunity I would come back.

Las instalaciones superaron mis expectativas, muy bonitas y confortables con todo lo necesario como para sentirse en casa. Sugiero q las escaleras tengan amortiguador de pasos hacen mucho ruido al ser usadas y eso rompe la tranquilidad. En general el servicio y la atención excelentes, por supuesto q regreso con ustedes a hospedarme en la siguiente ocacion.

Los colchones son un poquito incómodos pero de ahí en fuera todo fue excelente el lugar está limpio y cuenta con todos los servicios
