海は徒歩７分ぐらいのところにありますが、部屋も３ＬＤＫで広く、ベッドは５つあり、シャワーも２つ 冷蔵庫も家庭用の大型のものがあったり、大変くつろぐこができました。 夜は家族でリビングに集まってトランプをしたりと有意義にすごすことができました。 プールは小さかったですが、時がゆったりと流れていく気がしました。 ジャグジーは有料だったようで、残念でした。

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive. Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard. The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.

Nos sorprendió lo grande que es el hotel, las distancias a recorrer son grandes pero el hotel brinda traslado gratis para todos lados. La comida en general fue muy buena. La hora de check out es a las 10:00 am pero te dejan estar en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque los colchones un poquito duros y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien

Solo sería un poco más variedad en las comidas

Al llegar no tenian registrada nuestra reservacion. No nos querian dejar pasar con carro. Tardaron en darnos cuarto. Caminamos hacia el cuarto por mucha subida.

The staff was amazing, always helpful, smiling, and always around. I would definitely stay here again.

The AC unit inside one of bedroom started to leak all over the floor. It kept my daughter up all night and she slipped on the water. Thank God she was able to hold on to something. The problem was reported to staff and I wasn’t even spoken to compensate the lack of sleep for my daughter and the issue of water all over the room. I was disappointed.

The hotel has definitely improved greatly since covid. buffets and restaurants excellent and staff was wonderful. Thanks we will return

Lo único malo ,que nos hicieron una invitación para desayunar en el restaurante el faro y cuando llegamos para el desayuno,nos quisieron vender una membresía y como no aceptamos la membresía, groseramente nos dijeron que no avía desayuno,una falta de respeto

Hotel nada accesible para gente con discapacidad. El personal sin empatía ante esta situación no brinda alternativas

Access to all the restaurants was restricted, the breakfast at the nicest restaurant was with a propertu seller.

Good: Fairly priced. Excellent service by waiters, cleaning staff. Bad: Although it resembles a senior retirement community, the extremely steep roads and stairs require you to be a mountain climber. Don't expect the elevator to be working. The imperious office staff will probably not speak English and will remind Americans of a DMV. As in Cancun, Los Vegas, and other vacation paradises around the world, beware of bait and switch on site hard-sell realtors. This is a wonderful resort with plenty of activities for young well-to-do Mexican families. I'm happy for them!

I’ve made repeated reservations, to Pacifica and always enjoy the staff and amenities the spa service is outstanding in Ixtapa hotels

Muy buen servicio

Two out of four days without internet in the room then you charged me an extra 400mx. Room key did not work properly. Changed the cards out a couple times. Steak quality poor at el faro. I paid $388cdn a night for this resort and expected a lot more. Excellent service and view.

Way too many stairs!! Bad knees or bad legs? Do not go here! Anywhere you want to go on the property requires climbing or descending stairs. There are NO elevators! Entryways are all outside. The employees were all nice 👍, I enjoyed the fresh food, weather was perfect, bathrooms were always clean. Just too many stairs for old knees.

Un lugar increíble, muy familiar ... la atención extraordinaria en general.

En general bueno el Hotel y servicios, a excepción de la cama de habitación, muy mala, colchones viejos y viaje con mis padres y tantas escaleras fue difícil para ellos.
