スタッフは親切でした。朝ご飯はメキシコ風で美味しかったですが、時間が8:30からと遅かったです。部屋が、暗く居心地はよくなかったです。バスルームのお湯は水圧に問題ありませんでしたが、設備は古かったです。

ホテルの管理者エドワードは、とても親切で私達が理解出来る程度のスピードで英語にて会話してくらました。 また、ホテルの愛犬マキシムがとても可愛いです。 部屋については、お湯の出る量が少なくそこが不満でした。 最上階のテラスは、とても気持ちの良いスペースで持ち込んだお酒をゆっくり味わう事ができました。 場所はメトロから歩いて五分程度で、飲食店モールみたいなのがありますが、 その近くのタコス屋(露店)が非常に美味しいです。(地元民も車で買いにきます)

Staff was very helpful and professional. The place is clean. However, the rooms on the top floor are not for people that need more help because the stairs are a metal spiral stairwell and the suitcase doesn't fit since it is narrow and steep. Expedia should have let us know of this issue before booking it. We had to pay one night because we cancelled that same day when we saw the rooms and didn't get our money back. Maybe a good place to stay for young backpackers who are traveling light. Rooms are warm and dark.

Nos quedamos en habitación hasta 2do piso, la habitación es muy pequeña pero con cama king size, el acceso fue un poco complicado con las mascotas por escalera de caracol. Está cerca del zócalo y el chico de recepción fue muy amable.

La habitación que me dieron a mi estaba bastante grande pero no había más que un closet, no había alguna mesa o buró y por lo cual no es cómodo cuando tienes que cargarla tu celu o poner cosas. La regadera era muy grande pero no tenía buena presión de agua aparte pienso que se desperdicia mucho más agua, con ese tipo de regadera. La cortina no tapaba completamente la ventana lo cual era incómodo. Y pasamos un poco de frío porque solo nos dieron una cobija.

This place was clean, easy wall to the center of Oaxaca. You can get a taxi at the end of the block. Staff was friendly.

I had construction going on outside my room Debris was falling inside and my walls were shaking. It caused dust to get on all my clothes.

Todo muy bien, a excepción de que muy temprano el personal habla mucho plática en voz alta sin considerar que hay uespedes aún durmiendo, gritan de recepción a la cocina y viceversa, perfecta la decoración la limpieza todo, gracias.

Uno de los lugares más cómodos y céntricos en los que me he hospedado, el personal demasiado amable y en todo momento están para asistirte, me dejaron un agradable sabor de boca

I would have loved for this stay to would have been different, instead, it was terrible and it almost ruined my vacation. The check in was nice, I felt welcomed, until I was told that my room had a shared bathroom, which was not clear or even on the property’s description, I decided to accept it, the charge for my reservation was already made. While I was setting up in my room, I noticed that the door lock had been tempered with and was broken, I reported it to the staff and was , told that it had been reported by the prior tenant, they gave me the room anyway!! This didn’t make me feel safe but was told that the manager would be informed. When I came back from a tour was told that the lock was still broken plus there will not be running water from 8pm -1am., with a shared bathroom? Really?! tried resolving the issue and get a refund from the hotel or a transfer to a different room and was unsuccessful. At this point the staff was not willing to assist or resolve and no manager there, i didn’t feel safe staying in this room with a tempered lock and will have to find another place to stay in a foreign country. I made the decision for my safety to leave the room and return the keys, the clerks refused to provide me proof and I had to call the police to witness the activity. They did. I am now at 8:10pm trying to find another room away from my country of origin and fear for my safety. I demand a refund and sanctions to the hotel as they put me or guests in danger.

Muy desagradable experiencía! 5 meses atrás ocupe 4 noches $594 c/u y hoy me cobran $882 y al entrar descubro que no tiene baño al pedir cambio exigen pago por $140 = $1022 en un sevicio ** además de pedir la desocupación desde 10.45am y se paran en la puerta 1hora presionando porque se entreda 11am. Antes de dormir pise 1 cucaracha que subia a la cama y ni que decir lo austero del desayuno incluido: 2 tortillas/1 mini plato de fruta y 1/2 porción de huevo y frijol + café.Sin opción de cambio. Definitivamente salí molesto ya que no saben que del cliente viven. NO Vuelvo!

Everything is good and excellent service

No cambian toallas, no ofrecen bottellas de agua cada día, solo ponen 2 botellitas de 1/2 litro en el primer dia. Si te hospedas una semana tienes que comprar tu agua.
