雰囲気はとても良い 部屋以外でくつろげる場所がもう少しあれば大変良い オーシャンビュー、バルコニーなど　期待していた状況とは違った ホテルの部屋の設計がそのようになっていなかった

pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

I loved the ocean view from my room.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and polite. Overall the facility is a little tired but location on the beach is great.

La habitación es muy limpia aunque en el baño se regresa mucho el olor del drenaje del extractor y al área de la alberca le falta camastros con sombra por que hay gente que se duerme ahí con tal de apartarlo durante la mañana

We were at the Posada for 2 weeks. All inclusive. The food for a buffet was the best I think in the 20 years that we have been at Ixtapa. We have stayed at several other hotels, but we prefer the Posada. It feels more family then the others. A lot of the staff have been there for years and remembered us. We like that the hotel is small and we don't spend time waiting for the elevator. The staff are all friendly and the hotel is very clean. Highly recommend. There are two pools and since the hotel is small it is not crowded. At many of the hotels the beach chairs are practically touching each other. I really think you would like this place.

La playa y la atención

Las instalaciones en general bastante antiguas, muy baja calidad de las bebidas y el internet el peor en las estancias en la que he estado.

Fui en temporada alta y no es un hotel que se súper llene de personas, las habitaciones están limpias, la comida sabrosa, está frente al mar, los empleados amables a excepción del empleado de lentes que está en el bar él es mal encarado, definitivamente volvería a ir…

El peor “hotel” en el que he estado Personal déspota, incluyendo a la gerente. El check in a las 3:30 en lugar de las 3, con una desfachatez de la recepcionista. Asi es y ya. Pude entrar a la habitación hasta las 4. No era la que había reservado de una sola cama. Al pedir el cambio la gerente me dijo que es lo que hay y hágale como quiera. Quejese con quien quiera, no se la voy a cambiar. La habitación sin toallas, las pido y me dicen que no hay, que mas tarde. El cubre camas un asco, de las dos camas. Mejor lo quite. En la noche musica del bar a todo volumen hasta las 10:30 Si quiere dormir temprano, olvídelo. En general la mas terrible experiencia que se puede uno encontrar. Lo peor es la actitud de la gerente y las recepcionistas. No saben que viven de nosotros los clientes.

Todo lo indispensable para hacer agradable la estancia y el personal muy amable.

Es un buen hotel, ofeece lo necesario para tener una estancia tranquila, sin embargo creo que por el precio puedes encontrar mejores opciones

En general todo bien, lo que no me gustó fue los snacks, de muy mala calidad y de no bien sabor

Buen lugar para descansar y relajarse.

La comida muy rica, y el servicio excelente.

The first two nights I couldn't sleep because of musty smell and the Room was spoiled. Besides, for an all inclusive resorts the Food is very basic. Also the Swimming pool had slime, not very clean. The wifi signal is poor.

Un destino excelente, la atención del personal es muy bueno, atento y amable. El hotel tiene habitaciónes agradables y limpias.

Posada Real is convenient, on the beach and great service.

Property was nice. Pool area was quite lovely as well. Buffet food was just OK.
