Great service highly recommend this hotel right in the center of everything in Leon

It is a nice hotel, well located, I can't say anything about the view because my room had no view but it is in centro of Leon which I like because so many stores, and places to eat around the area. There is a parking lot, they have a restaurant inside but I didn't go. The rooms are spacious, small tv for such a big room, they look old, I feel like a renovation would help a lot since the beds are super uncomfortable, since my arrival found issues with the rooms but at least they helped me and moved me like 4 times but the beds were mostly the same in every room super hard to rest. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Seems like this is more a hotel for people doing job related business than for visiting the city.

I liked the location and the fact that they gave us a pass to go to a gym near by. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service and staff were all great. I guess the only thing I did not like is that the hotel is too old.

Olía muy mal el cuarto y el baño avisamos y no me solucionaron

The hotel is nice but not super clean. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. The area around the hotel is nice and lots of things to do. I would stay again but definitely ask for the sheets to be changed and carpet to be vacuumed.

Hotel is not as seen on pictures. Needs maintenance. No gym equipment and the machines at the gym, none of them worked. Mini split units kept making loud noises. I barely turned on the shower when a big puddle of water went all over the restroom floor. Toilet barely flushed.

It is very convenient, great view and I recommend it. It was a little bit noise at night because there is a bar nearby, but it was ok, and I slept pleasantly

Ramada was super friendly and nice, if you dont have transportation and want to see around please ask for Jacinto he was super helpful and affordable! He drove us around showing us beautiful Leon GTO if you are looking for something specific just ask away and he will guide you and if you stay in the suites that have the view to the Jardin/ Centro you will never be tired of it ! its so mesmerizing and truly beautiful in all its glory! please make sure to ask around for places / recomondations because it is in the centro it tends to be a bit more expensive but nothing crazy! ALL in ALL i give this place a 4.5 the only reason its not a 5 is because the beds are a tad bit hard but had a great time here ! not to mention they have an ATM right next to the hotel , super friendly staff and receptionist / nice lobby and restaurant right by the lobby as well! super convinient.
