This is my second stay at the property. Love the location and has everything you need to make it a home away from home. Excellent communication with any issues that might arise. Plan to always stay here on future trips to PDC.

Right in the middle of the action the condo itself is spacious. My second Time staying here loved it the only I found unpleasant was the room seemed a little dusty. But was not a major problem.

I'm really not sure how this property has such high reviews. To call my stay there underwhelming is a bit of an understatement. Pros: My concierge was attentive and responsive. The cleaning staff was nice and did a very good job.The kitchen had everything you need, and was slightly updated. Cons: The place advertises an onsite pool and roof top deck/spa tub. I went up to check out the roof top deck, I'm assuming the front desk clerk heard me, and came running up the steps telling me no I couldn't go up there. On the second day, I came out to check the pool and found it empty, and being worked on. I had to ask if we could use the pool at the other site. None of the above was communicated to me prior to my finding out on my own. The room in general was dated and beat up. The shower pressure was non existent, and did not get hot until the second night. There were ants all over the bathroom. Shower tile was cracked and definitely ready to be replaced. I can only speak for the room I was given, but it's definitely time to gut that one and update/remodel.

El estacionamiento no hay como tal hay que buscarlo en la calle el primer depto no servia aire acondicionado y cuarto de lavado pésimo y fue después que me cambiaron a uno mucho mejor pero si tuve que presentar una queja

Our condo was beautiful and clean. It was right off of 5th ave where all the night live and shopping was at. However, like other reviews, expect to hear LOUD music going on til 2 am and it's so loud that it feels like the party is in your condo. A night or two is ok, but it was like that the whole entire time we were there. I'm tired from all the activities done during the day and at night after 10 pm you just want a peaceful time to sleep getting ready for the next day. Don't expect that at The Royal Palms.

Super nice place love it

This is a scam. Don't stay there. The hotel have a heavy noise construction all the time. Impossible to stay there. The hotel of course knows about it but they don't tell you . Then when you complaining about it they offer you other 2 really bad options. Places that you never and ever take for options with cockroaches and bad odor. If you don't accept that horrible options they charge you any way all the total amount for your stay. They never give me a check out paper. Was a nightmare place. I spend a lot of time try to cancel my reservation. Manager never available. I never sleep any night there but the charge me all the 6 night.

Check in was easy. The condo is very comfortable and has all the amenities of home. Bed was great! Location is awesome (right off 5th street and 10 min walk from 12th ave bars and near the beach )

Excelemte ubicación ya que se encuentra a 3 cuadras de la playa y a 20 metros de la 5ta. Avenida, que es la calle principal llena de comercios y restaurants, la cual es peatonal. Lo malo es que se escucha la música desde el hotel, si tu quieres paz absoluta eso podría ser un problema.

Our 2 bedroom condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff really made sure we had all we needed including getting us beach chairs. It was a little bit of a hike to the beach. Our bed was very comfortable and a huge plus was the outside patio. A few downsides were the hot tub was and dishwasher were broken. Also the night time music that started at 10 and blasted til 2 was so loud it made for a miserable night. And that was the whole week we were there! Because of this we would not stay here again. I know it is out of the control of the hotel and that’s too bad because the place is truly 5 star.

Great experience. This hotel is across the street from the 5th avenue and close to the beach. If you plan on taking your kids. The noise doesn't stop until about 2 AM . Its a great place and I would definitely go back and stay there.

Perfect location and place if you love the beach which is a 5-minute walk, the social ambiance on la Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) and don't mind the night life. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Jesus and Jeremias who worked so hard to help me with questions with perfect tips and made me feel home, my stay very comfortable and stress free. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent. The facility is right next to the nice 5th. Avenida shopping street. This street is nice for walking, shopping eating etc. You find everything here. At night is very nice for walking. It's more than a kilometer long. Almost at the end, on 12th street you will find entertainment for young people. Music, dancing and shows.

We loved this condo - spacious, great décor, and well-appointed (washer/dryer). We enjoy being close to the restaurants and shops on 5th ave and a close walk to the beach. The people who worked here were very helpful - we could not have asked for more pleasant people to spend a week with!

Uma surpresa muito agradável. O apart é mobiliado, decorado e conta com equipamentos sofisticados... A área externa da cobertura foi um bônus inesperado. Muito bem localizado, ficamos a dois quarteirões da praia, e a meio da 5a Avenida, onde tínhamos todo tipo de atrativos, restaurantes, bares, lojas, e o agito de Playa Del Carmem.
