小さな子供たちを連れて行ったので、ほぼ一日中プールで遊んでいました。 スライダーなどはありませんがメインプールが広くて深さもいろいろあったので、それぞれ楽しく遊べました。 プールサイドでアルコール、ソフトドリンク、ハンバーガーやピザ、ナチョス、フルーツなども食べられるので、疲れたらベッドに転がりながら一日中居られました。 部屋に大量の蟻がいて、退治しに来てもらいましたが次の日もまた退治しに来てもらうことに、、、赤ちゃんがいたので殺虫剤をたくさん使われたのが心配でした。 またカードキーが1枚使えなくなり、それも取り替えてもらいましたが、結局使えませんでした。 シャワーのお湯が２回ほど出なくなりましたが、少し待ったらまた使えるようになりました。 カメラをホテルで無くしたのですがホテルのメールアドレスがわからず連絡できていません。困っています。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切でしたので気持ちよく過ごせました。

The property offered so many different activities and features. I had a great time. It was advertised as adults only but they were still honoring reservations for families so there was a lot of kids when I expected adults only.

It was so clean and super sweet staff , the only thing I dont like is how some worker do try to sale you extra stuff and 1 worker was forcing us to go to breakfast when he SAYS which was so annoying we told him NO and he seemed a bit mad we said no but the rest of the staff apart from him 10/10

Very nice relaxing property, enjoyed all of our 5 days there, I will say food may not be enjoyable for everyone but it did its job, will be coming back again, staff is so nice and treat you very well. 10/10!

Staff were amazing. The butlers are truly the highlight of this otherwise decent four star hotel. Alex and Sarah were both wonderful. I dealt with a medical issue during my stay and they were very helpful. My room was great - spacious and clean with great views (king hot tub room). The beach was unusable due to the seaweed, which I realize is out of their control, but I’ve seen other hotels do a better job of attempting to manage it - it seems most days they just didn’t bother. The low for me was the food - it was truly bad. The specialty restaurants were OKAY but the buffets and snack bar were awful - cold and repetitive and bland. You have to wait for dinner to have one decent-ish meal. If food is a priority, skip this hotel. If service/room/view are, it’s a good choice.

Everything about this place was perfect!

The advertisement as an Adult Only establishment isn’t accurate. The property is shared with family accommodations and the VIP services are far from a top tier experience. The staff was kind , especially Tina— however if you are seeking a higher standard and a true adult only property this isn’t it. The Hyatt has a adult only property with a great pool area— this is must due to the current conditions of the beach. As a result I decided to pay for another hotel experience and found the best beaches at Isla Mujeres. I would recommend accommodations on the island to avoid the sargasso issue. 3 stars based on my experience is generous.

Pasamos muy bien las vacaciones, la atención del personal es excelente y el área de las villas es muy tranquila y privada. Lo único que me gustaría, es que limpiaran el sargazo en la arena de la playa y modifiquen el área de los shows de noche.

It was a great place for family fun but we thought it was going to be adults only.

We had a villa with a small soaking pool. Everything with the room was excellent and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Our butler Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Pools were clean and kept up well. My only issues were the snack bar being slow with the only staff member behind the counter prioritizing filling the wait staff’s orders while ignoring guests standing right in front of him. We went for dinner at the main buffet one night and the food was horrible. Luckily we were able to get a good dinner across the way at Flor de Sal. Also, the wine situation is strange where we have to buy a bottle in order to have any. It would’ve been nice if certain wines were included by the glass.

Wonderful property super professional staff!

This was a wonderful experience. Our butler Sarah was amazing and was on hand for any thing we needed. From the valet to the staff, cooks and bartenders were phenomenal. We will be back again.

La propiedad tiene un diseno muy bueno y todas sus intalaciones estan en buen estado, el personal es variable a mi me toco una estadia en la suite y bueno muchas personas vi y realmente llegue al hotel a las 10 am y me entregaron la habitacion cerca de las 345 pm y porque realmente fui a insistirle, fuera de eso creo q la verdad fueron muy atentos los q me tocaron mi mayorodomo Sarah q realmente ella fue muy atenta, alex igual, las personas de concierge tambien te explican todo. los restaurantes hubo un dia del buffet q el personal no era tan amable pero los otros dias lo compensaron. la comida muy buena en calidad no asi en variedad, pero los restaurantes de especialidades asi como los bares 5 estrellas en especial el italiano y el bar del roof top encima losmejores para mi. la habitacion suite esta muy buena amplia con todos los detalles. me encanto. servicio de limpieza muy bueno. realmente doy 4 porque el primer dia no recibi la atencion q merecia despues de estar temprano. pero por todo lo otro tienen un cinco. gracias
