大聖堂横のホテルで立地は良い。 ただ、宿泊した部屋にはテレビ、ドライヤーがなかった。

I absolutely love this place!!! I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and this is one of my favorite places til date. Fernanda and the other girl in the front desk were amazing. Unfortunately I got sick when I arrived to SMA and they upgraded my stay, and let me check out late. They were both so sweet. The room was amazing, AC, amazing view, beautiful bathroom, comfy bed, it was just beautiful. The location is perfection. Right next to the plaza. So thankful I stayed here.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, which made getting around incredibly convenient. It’s definitely one of the biggest highlights of staying here. The staff also stood out in a positive way, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One inconvenience was having to request a hair dryer or clothing iron each time and leave an ID until returning it. It would be much more convenient if these items were readily available in the room. Additionally, the cleanliness could be better, the room would benefit from a more thorough, deep cleaning. The room itself also feels a bit worn and could use some remodeling, as there were broken tiles on both the floor and walls. Overall, while the location and staff make for a pleasant stay, improvements in room upkeep and amenities would greatly enhance the experience.

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación sin duda, está muy bien situado, al ser una construcción antigua es normal que tengan toda la comodidad de lo moderno, por ejemplo : no hay elevadores, por lo tanto, toca subir tu maleta por las escaleras. La Suite es muy amplia, cama cómoda , balcón con vista al jardín y parroquia. Hay otros cuartos sin vista.

Me gustó mucho el hotel y sobre todo la ubicacion. El cuarto con balcón es hermoso con vista a la catedral. La terraza tiene una vista maravillosa y el taco de camarón es imperdible.

Beds and Pillows were very hard. Room had a sewer smell

The room was clean. WiFi was excellent for work, I was able to work in my room at the desk. I appreciated being on the 3rd floor because of the windows. The work area was on the first floor but it felt dark in there. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again knowing the WiFi is reliable. Bummed that there was no laundry service, but I waked to a laundry place that did a great job.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, nuestra habitación estaba en un 4to nivel, la torre de la iglesia estaba prácticamente frente a nuestra ventana, no cuentan con estacionamiento, pero tienen valet parking con costo adicional, no tienen elevador, las habitaciones necesitan unas ventanas acústicas, las campanadas de las 6am ya no nos dejaron dormir!, hace falta un poco de mantenimiento en las instalaciones del baño, los manerales de la regadera fugaban. En general el hotel está bien, me hospedaria en el de nuevo.

Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes, para tener agua caliente en la regadera se tiene que esperar más de 10 minutos con la llave abierta tirando agua para que salga. Además tienen un bar dentro del hotel, lo cual es muy incómodo ya que tienen la música a todo volumen hasta las dos de la mañana y es imposible dormir con el ruido, las habitaciones no están aisladas del ruido y se escucha todo lo que sucede afuera

San Miguel de Allende is a truly beautiful place, and this hotel is perfectly located in the heart of it all. Not only is it historic, but it also has a charming, eclectic character that makes it feel special. I was a bit hesitant at first about where the room was located, but it actually turned out to be very convenient. The staff is wonderful—kind, attentive, and welcoming. I would absolutely love to come back here.

The location, the staffs, the food and our room made our stay absolutely unforgettable!! We will definitely be back.

There was no heat!! There was no elevator. There was no hot pot for coffee in the room. There was no hot water for shower.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
