La chambre était propre et confortable. La plage était petite mais aussi confortable avec ses chaises. Les piscines étaient belles mais manquaient un peu de propreté. Les 2 restaurants étaient très bons et le service en général à l’hôtel et aux restaurants était excellent. Notre point négatif a été le bruit de construction autour de l’hôtel. C’était vraiment très intense, mais malheureusement l’hôtel n’a pas de contrôle là-dessus et ça devait être semblable partout sur l’île.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement. La chambre était très spacieuse, propre avec une vue magnifique. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était vraiment insuffisant : 2 bouts de pain brioché avec quelques fruits et un petit pot de yaourt Beaucoup de moustiques et guêpes

The beach is not properly maintained, there are some parts of and old building and that makes unable to swim. The Hamburgers were pretty salty and I reported that to the staff who do nothing about. Its good but could be better

La habitación todo bien!! Excepto por la recepcionista que trato de realizar un acto de discriminación por el uso de un taxi!! El cual nos lo quitaron para dárselos a unos extranjeros !!! Qué lástima !! Que los mexicanos sean los que siempre atacan a otros mexicanos!!

un lugar agradable. Sin ningun lujo, pero bien.

Si hay lluvias vas a depender del taxi para ir al centro, cada viaje aprox 150-200, si no, es una caminata de 20 min max pasando por pocos lugares oscuros. Excelente atención por parte del staff, buena comida en el restaurante, buen beach club aledaño, buen desayuno incluido.

Achei o local muito ruim , infraestrutura muito fraca , proximidades do local muito feia e suja o atendimento ao café da manhã pessimo , como brasileiros que somos sentimos descriminados e mal atendidos .atendimento na recepção foi bom . E a praia feia . Não voltaria .

We are disappointed with our stay in the Villa. The living room space was very hot, only 2 ceiling fans & can’t keep the house cool even when we opened the sliding doors. The loft with a king size bed was not suitable for sleeping due to no AC it was a waste of space. The 2 rooms has the AC unit but can’t get cold enough. The villa is not clean when we got there. Found insects like cockroaches & mosquitoes everywhere. Shell nuts fell out from the sofa bed, when we opened it. Sofa bed has stains with torn zipper. Didn’t use it due to condition. Me & my husband got a lot of bug-bites on our legs, arms & back areas. Even when we are constantly applying bug spray & lotion. I think our bed has bed bugs too due to the pattern of bites that I got. Got the bug bites on 1st night of stay. Didn’t enjoy this vacation due to the bug-bites I got. Manager gave us an extra room for my daughters they can’t sleep on the loft area because was really hot. Breakfast needed more variety. Coffee was not good. The Restaurant has great food. Staff are helpful.

Extremely friendly people along with a beautiful, clean and spacious room. The roof top pool and views beautiful.

Muy cómoda y linda experiencia. Muy natural. El desayuno incluido era sabroso y suficiente. Agradable atención del personal.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Reservamos 3 habitaciones y desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien atendidas. Lo que más destaca es sin duda la amabilidad de todo el staff. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Manuel y Paco en recepción, quienes fueron súper atentos y nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones durante toda la estancia. El restaurante en el rooftop es espectacular, tanto por su ambiente como por la comida deliciosa y la atención impecable. Además, el desayuno incluido es muy completo: huevos al gusto, fruta fresca, agua de frutas, pan y café, todo en porciones generosas. El club de playa es muy cómodo y las albercas están en excelente estado, ideales para relajarse. Como punto a mejorar, notamos que el mantenimiento de los baños en las habitaciones podría ser mejor. A pesar de tener cuidado, los excusados se taparon en varias ocasiones, y un día las regaderas también tuvieron problemas. Aun con este detalle, nuestra estadía fue increíble y sin duda volveríamos. ¡Altamente recomendable!

We absolutely loved our stay! Paco and the rest of the staff gave us really good service and made the stay amazing. We found the location so great as it’s at a quiet but pretty beach not to far from the center. of the island. The breakfast at the beachfront made it extra special!
