Todas las instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy amable

Unas botellitas de agua hubieran sido un detallazo, todo lo demás muy bien, solo cuidado con la limpieza, nos habían dejado basura en el baño

Comfortable large room, with very comfortable King bed and sofas to relax amd a nice deck. Small lounge pool on 4th floor was nice to refresh. Adjacent to populsr 5th Ave but just far enough to not be bothered by any noght time noise. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie este lugar es orrible el personal está aborreció ni te saludan además tengan mucho cuidado yo reservé la habitación más costosa y cuando llegue me atendió un señor que me dio una abitacion bien pequeña sucia y fea cuando me doy cuenta que pague por una bastante grande voy a resepcion y le digo caballero esa no es la abitacion que yo había reservado el resepcionista me indica yo te asigne esa abitacion porque aya arriba no hay ruido pero señor no fue la abitacion por la que pagué dinero extra se enojó conmigo y me dio la abitacion que me correspondía era grande y no había ningún ruido el señor le gusta mentir no entiendo cómo pueden poner a una persona así a cargo además de grocero y mentiroso de mi parte jamás me quedaría en ese hotel con esas personas groseras y mentirosas.

Upon my arrival, I noticed the room was slightly different from the pictures (missing one couch, bedding wasn’t pink and patio furniture was just plastic chairs and table (no big deal). The room and bathroom was very clean and the maid kept it sparkling clean which I was very happy about. The condition of the patio and tub left me disappointed. There is no way I would have taken a bath in it, and people in other appartments could definitely see me. I’m not certain what was the green stuff on the walls on the patio, and the condition of the faux grass gave me the ick. I didn’t want to step barefoot on it. Also, one side of the patio door doesn’t lock. The room information says “duvet” but it’s just a comforter. The pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were nice. There’s no fitted sheet. If you want to take a hot shower, you need to turn the lever all the way and wait at least two minutes until the water gets hot. They advertise that the rooms are “sound proof” which is totally false. I heard the dryer running at 11pm , people talking and banging things around their appartments, and people walking on their heels above me. It also says there’s a dishwasher, which is incorrect. There’s only a kitchen sink. There’s nothing in the minibar (It’s just an empty refrigerator).

Boa hospedagem. Bem localizada, a uma quadra da quinta avenida, 3 quadras da rodoviária, uma do Coco Bongo, próximo do Walmart, muitos restaurantes, cafeterias e lojas de souvenirs por perto. Com elevador, mini cozinha, frigobar. Apto e banheiro grande, cama confortável. Único problema a pouca iluminação do quarto e banheiro com sensor de presença que apagava durante o banho. Parabenizamos a colaboradora Gisele, pela sua cordialidade e simpatia no atendimento. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Rooms are spacious with good AC. Kitchenette included and a nice balcony. Close to 5th Ave. But not too close

Smell in the room was not very good, outdated hotel nothing like the pictures on the expedia site not at all

Hotel parfait pour voyageur solo ou en famille. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et insonorisé. On y dore tres bien le jour comme la nuit! Eau chaude avec pression, gros système de climatisation que refroidit la chambre en 2 min. Système entrée sortie tres sécuritaire. Jy ai passer 8 nuits et absolument rien a dire de négatifs!

It’s not a hotel, it’s an apartment that does not have anything what they claim to have. No swimming pool, no garden, no dishwasher, no DUVET, no library, no dining area and many more. It smelt horrible. The water has no pressure. You can’t even boil or cook anything. It was horrible. Please take down this property of your website.

Other than parking and a pool, this place has all you could want for an amazing price. Better rooms than my friends all inclusive resorts. Very good owners and location. Can’t wait to come back.

Located between 5th and 10th street. It easy to get to and and within walking distance of everything you can need.
