内側にしか窓がなく暗い。部屋は清潔だった。外国人向けではないかな。

フロントで英語の通じる方は日中勤務で時間外は英語が全く通じないので 少し不便だったが、何とか解ろうとしてくれて感じは良かった

部屋はかなり広く寛げる。ペントハウスだったので、テラスからはメキシコシティが一望出来る。周辺はレストラン街で雰囲気抜群。ただ、フロントの英語力にかなり問題がある。

Habitación descuidada, el baño no tiene para recargar artículos de baño para la bañera ni para colgar toallas, buen espacio y buena ubicación, estacionamiento solo para autos pequeños.

La persona que atiende es muy mala

Hola, desafortunadamente mi experiencia no fue la mejor: 1.- Al llegar al departamento, puerta estaba abierta. 2.- Tuve que bajar a recepción porque no había papel de baño y tampoco toalla de manos. 3.- El internet no funcionaba correctamente y no pude tener mis reuniones programadas (utilice mis datos). 4.- No había plancha en el lugar, tuve que bajar y solicitarla. Todo esto fue reportado con el chico de recepción que siempre tuvo buena actitud y disposición, ofreció disculpas por los inconvenientes. Mi habitación fue la 103. Saludos

Todo bien, la ubicación

El lugar tiene una ubicación buena, está muy cerca de una de las principales vías de comunicación de la ciudad y permite moverte super rápido para cualquier parte de la ciudad. La suite limpia, ordenada y con todo lo que ves en las fotos. Aspectos a mejorar: Las personas que te atienden en la recepción son cero empáticas, parecen enojadas, muy parcos al hablar con las personas. En el cuarto piso donde nos quedamos hospedados, se escucha todo lo hablas. Alargamos la estancia un día más y un día antes de salir me llamaron para pagar cuando ellos mismos quedaron que hasta la salida pagara. Olvidamos una cosas en el baño (cepillo dental eléctrico) y plancha de cabello y 5 días después siguen preguntándose dónde están xq la persona del aseo no sabe 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Great place

La estancia fue muy buena en general, el lugar amplio y limpio. El detalle es estar bajando a pedir toallas, jabón, papel, plancha, etc. y no había teléfono para pedirlo. Si la reservación es para 2 huéspedes, debería de tener lo necesario y no estar solicitándolo, al realizar la limpieza diaria debería de resurtir lo indispensable. De lo demás, excelente la estancia

This property is fairly nice but attention to detail is severely lacking which would make all the difference: - no bar to hang towels - sink bowl is too far forward with the pipe far back to your hand hits the bowl when trying to use it - lots of pillows but most uncomfortable - bed shorter than standard - I am 5'7" and my toes would hang just over when lying normally on the bed - A/C makes loud noises randomly and leaks sometimes - most of the TV channels do not work and it is not a smart TV so no Netflix etc. - poor lighting in the bathroom - thin walls so all the noise can be heard from the outside - generally quite dusty The building shook randomly from time to time - at first I thought it was an earthquake but then it happened several times daily, not sure why but it was a bit alarming. However, despite all this, the location was good, there was A/C and hot water, good water pressure, an elevator and they asked every day if you needed housekeeping. When I arrived, my refrigerator was not working and most of the staff brushed it off but Paola was wonderful and kind and she attended to it immediately, she was pleasant and asked if anything was needed every time I saw her. She was the only approachable front desk staff and it was a pleasure interacting with her. The housekeeping staff were also very nice.

Falta más cordialidad por parte de los recepcionista, y quedó ejen diario jabones y shampoo para no andar pidiendo
