They don’t provide at least one bottle of water inside the room. Also there’s no security box. They allow people to bring glass bottles around the swimming pool.

La habitación limpia, el personal no es tan amable, tiene buena vista a la playa desde cualquier habitación que te toque, Lo malo es que una de la albercas siempre estuvo cerrada y el jacuzzi dejan entrar a todas las edades no controlan eso. Las albercas algo sucias y cuando hay mucha gente un solo ascensor de es insuficiente para todo un edificio. Necesitan un buen mantenimiento.

3rd floor loud noise from the A/C units outside and inside the room

Yes beach view was good. Suite a bit smaller than I thought especially the bathroom. Housekeeping amazing 10/10. Daily, friendly and super thorough. Huge difference from US and Canada where you have to almost beg for service on multiple day stays. We had an unfortunate incident involving the hotel and the staff was very conscientious in their response.

Agusto el lugar

Habitación 1107,Sin agua caliente, fue necesario avisar para que encendieran el boiler. El clima no estaba funcionando y se decidió que nos asignarían otra habitación, esto a las 10 pm. Canales de Tv solo disponibles en audio. Llave del fregador mal diseñada, al encender , el agua invade al exterior de la tina. Vista a playa.. excelente Personal con buena actitud y amabilidad.

Excelente servicio y lugar!! ... Suit limpia y completa, personal muy servicial, una vista hermosa a la playa, y la ubicación perfecta para ir a cualquier lugar... Recomendado!!

If u traveling with kids and family this is the place has a kitchen, fridge and good view to the sea and everything is closer if u need something for your kids the oxxo grocery store is a cross the street I'll recommend las flores

La vista al mar excelente la habitación 208 pésima el aire acondicionado viejísimo mucho ruido afuera de la habitación había mucho ruido de aire acondicionado de la cocina muy mala experiencia…me salí una noche antes por no poder descansar del aire tan ruidoso

The food was tasty. The staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel is beach front so it was nice to go from the pool to the beach with ease. The views from the room were beautiful and you are able to relax on the balcony. The hotel in itself is dated and would be much nicer is it was renovated. The A/C in the room does not have a good air flow and will only cool the area immediately in front of it and not the entire room. The elevators are very small and during our stay, one of the elevators was out of service, which made for long wait times to go up to our room or us needing to take the stairs. Overall, the hotel is okay and I give it 3out 5. This would not be my first choice in hotels next time I’m visiting Mazatlan.

WE LOVE THIS HOTEL AND HAVE BEEN COMING FOR MANY YEARS. IT IS NOT LIKE THE GLASS AND STEEL HOTEL LOOKS LIKE IT BELONGS IN LAS VEGAS. IT IS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL HOTELS IN THE GOLDEN ZONE AND FEELS LIKE MEXICO. THE STAFF, MANY OF WHICH HAVE BEEN THERE FOR DECADES, ARE GREAT. OCEAN FRONT OUTSIDE SEATING IN THE RESTAURANT FOR MEALS OR COCKTAILS IS PERFECT.

View was awesome staff was very friendly they make you feel very welcome food was delicious

Buena vista desde el cuarto del hotel, la impresión que nos dió es que esta ciudado, buen ambiente, buenos alimentos, la cama hace falta renovarla , en general estuvimos muy agusto
