良かったです。

エントランスから圧巻のホテルで、とても綺麗なビーチへのアクセスは申し分ない。プールはもう少し広くても良いと思うが、小さい子ども向けのプールも用意されているので充分。 スタッフの接客態度は人によってバラツキがあるように感じたが総合的には満足。滞在中は気持ちよく過ごせた。 レストランは量、質ともに満足。 部屋の清掃も行き届いており不潔な感じを受けなかった。 年越しの滞在であったため、カウントダウンパーティを楽しめた。ただ、夜中の1時までとても大きな音が鳴り止まないため、小さな子連れにはおすめできないかもしれない。 おすすめのホテルです。 後悔は少ないと思います。

This was our family's first trip to Cancun, and our first all-inclusive. All the staff were very kind, and they listened to what I was saying, even though I'm not very good at English, and explained things to me in an easy-to-understand way, which was very helpful. The hotel itself didn't seem new, but it seemed to be well-cleaned. However, because there were a lot of people, the shared toilets and other areas were a bit dirty. Even with that, it was a very good stay for our family. We stayed for three nights, but felt like we wanted to stay longer. If we come back to Cancun, this was such a good hotel that we would like to use it again.

The service of the staff, the restaurant, and the luxury of the room were all high level, and I had a memorable and good trip.""I think it can't be helped because the sea is very close, but the disadvantage is that the humidity in the room is very high."Other than that, you can get more than the price without really saying anything.I'd love to introduce it to my friends.

オールインクルーシブという事もあり金銭のやり取りがなくノンストレスで食事やアクティビティを楽しむことができた。食事も豊富なメニューがあり日本人の私達でも美味しく食べる事ができ満足。スタッフの皆さんも優しく真摯に対応して頂き快適な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。また利用したいと思う。

施設は少し古い感じがしたが清楚が行き届いていた。食事がとても美味しかったので、日本食が恋しくならなかった。スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。

Incredible vacation. People were very friendly and the food everywhere was delicious. We sprung for the cabana on the beach which I highly recommend. The entertainment team was so much fun and kept us busy. We plan to return next year!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun Resort, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that truly made our trip special. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff and the entertainment team. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The entertainment team (Sandy, Andrea, Jimmy, Tadeo & Frankie), in particular, brought so much life and energy to the resort. They were engaging, fun, and made each day feel exciting with their variety of activities and shows. Whether it was pool games, beach volleyball, or evening shows, they never failed to keep the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The resort itself was very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and we always felt comfortable in the common areas and in our room. While the building is a little on the older side and could benefit from some updates, it didn’t take away too much from the overall charm and comfort of the place. As for the food, it was okay—decent variety and some good options, but not particularly memorable. We appreciated the effort to offer different cuisines, and there were always things to enjoy, even if it didn’t blow us away. In the end, what truly made the trip memorable was the incredible service and the positive, upbeat vibe throughout the resort. We would absolutely recommend Wyndham Alltra Cancun.

My family of four (8 and 5 year old) have stayed at this property twice. We love how kid friendly this resort is. Despite seeing reviews online about the food being mediocre, we have found the restaurants to be really good. They are so good that, after two visits, we haven’t even tried the Italian restaurant yet! We keep going back to the Mexican restaurant, Azul and Sunset!

The outlet power were loose, the food was ok to eat

I really enjoyed the activity that they offered. Everybody was friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I look forward to visiting again.

Great place for family

Resort was good overall. It would be nice to add couple of restaurants to the buffet. Specifically vegetarian options and indian food.

Stayed here with my family and all our kids, 4 under the age of 8. So many things for everyone to do. Beach was beautiful and the food was great. The pools are gorgeous too. Drinks, atmosphere, cleanliness and service were all top notch!!

Overall the experience was good but the food wasn’t the best. We still made the best of it. The property was clean and there weren’t any bugs.
